I have a question about a drive train, I dont have any blue motots but I still want a 6 motor drive and I was thinking about using the gear ratio 60:36 or 48:36 and use screw joints with 2.75 inch wheels using green motors. Do yout hink thats a good idea, rn im using 4 icnh wheels and green motors with an 84:36 gear ratio
I suggest using this speed Calc to figure out what linear speed you want. docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1S0xQm0eDGq3fbDsam8x4ZP_xMLXirXvMVMGXvjNWbxc/edit#gid=0
The polycarb on the intake ramp is just screwed to the angles going up on the intake and propped up with standoffs underneath. The strip to keep rings from popping up was just bent using the corner of a table
how did you chain the intake stages together. We're using a similar system on our bot, but due to friction we have to run it on a green motor, so we dont get very much speed, which makes our scoring very mid.
Greatest explanation vid of all time 🙏 😭 also W thumbnail
That's the kind of thumbnail that makes me wanna watch
Hey I’m in middle school, do you have any tips for me!?
I just built a good 8 wheel, torque ratio, and blue motors.
is that my glorious king fu on the thumbnail
Ofc, bro is such a cutie 🥰

good job robonuts
Can I ask how you bent the poly for your intake ramp and the strips to keep rings out of your bot on the back

What are you planning to change with the rebuild? Nice bot otherwise, good luck this season!
Hopefully make it not 15 pounds

try shorter standoffs for the hooks, or tensioning the whole thing should help scoring. good luck anyways
Its whatever
kinda mid tbh
