Modern Pyrex is no longer really considered "Oven Safe" because they changed the glass making ingredients to be more cost effective. So just be careful using it in an oven.
About half of modern "Pyrex" is oven safe.
You just need to make sure you have borosilicate pyrex (as was used in older Pyrex wares) rather than tempered Pyrex (may explode from thermal shock).
