This restaurant has the “entertainment value” for every dish. Each dish somehow presented itself in an entertaining and fun way. I like how they presented the grapes and pork ribs the best and people had fun “playing” with the food 😀 Full marks on creativity to the chefs.
This one doesn’t seem to be so good but thanks for sharing. When we were in HKG in 2017, we had the private kitchen dinner at 佐敦水佬榮and it was really good but extremely pricey. Not sure about the price now as it’s after Covid, might be cheaper! Maybe you can try it😂😂
hahaha...I was surprised too that they know about Ipoh bean sprout. However, the combination with the chicken soup is so good and unexpected. The soup is more like chicken essence instead of soup. I think if someone here sells it with this combination in Malaysia, it would be an instant hit! Bean sprouts + thick chicken essence = 🤤🤤🤤👍
Last 3 generations yes, Ipoh have lots of beautiful women. However, 4th generations meaning this generations, the quality of beautiful have declined. Don't see many beauties on the street. Short common look only.
Wahhh! Enjoy the good life in HK restaurant. Great food creativity by the chefs. Wish they would start such a fine chinese restaurant in NZ especially Wellington. They’ll have to accept credit cards here though. Nobody uses cash for such big amounts and cheque is long outdated.
Uncle Lee, why pay HK$8,500 for dishes cooked with cheap ingredients. Even the bean sprouts are NOT from IPOH. The serving portions are SO SMALL. Not worth the price. Eat only to “SHOW OFF” ! Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED !
Apparently, private kitchen dining is all the rage in HK right now. There's French private dining, Chinese private dining, etc - this trend is all happening in HK right now!....I guessed people are splurging after all Covid restrictions got lifted! During the few days I was there, I had it in 2 different restaurants and luckily on both occasions I do not have to pay for it....my BIL and friend paid for it. For the second "private kitchen" meal, I didn't want to film it as I wanted to enjoy the company of my friends instead of "working" to create YT video of it. Once is enough for me, definitely will not return to dine at 3A private kitchen again.
@@UncleLeeAdventures Uncle Lee, thanks for taking the time and effort to post such informative reply so promptly. Ok, wasn’t aware of the rage of private dinning and your reasoning that people want to splash on such luxurious dinner is probable. Haha LOL, thanks for your honesty that you aren’t paying such pricey dinner. Yeah, glad that you got to meet up with your extended family and friends too. Enjoy your holidays and looking forward for your next “production” of the SABAH trip. Surely be entertaining with Michael and AH FATT / AH LENG around

Always welcome and thanks for watching 🙏
Wah! Hong Kong also know about Ipoh Bean Sprout Famous. However, eat bean sprout separately from any soup. They just don't match together.
