What joy to hear this choir in 2021! Kudos, also, to the director and orchestra. Having sung in choirs since I was two- 70 years! I know how important the director is. Thank you for turning our hearts to the Lord.
What a beautiful arrangement. I thought it was a angel singing when the young girl sang solo. Thank you for filling our hearts with something so beautiful and special to want to sing with you to our beloved Jesus. Thank you .
"The broken, they're no longer broken, as they dance before Him radiant and new". Beautiful. Even the choir and orchestra picture how each of us will fit in honoring our King. Thank you.
Lyrics In a moment, everyone falls silent To hear the mighty trumpet Split the eastern sky Just imagine the King of all Creation Riding through the heavens Returning for His bride Gloria, gloria Hear the sound of Heaven ring Gloria, gloria All the earth will bow and sing All the broken, they're no longer broken As they dance before Him A radiant debut And the lion walks beside the lamb and All is well again He's making all things new Gloria, gloria Hear the sound of Heaven ring Gloria, gloria All the earth will bow and sing Gloria, gloria, gloria, gloria Hear the sound of the crowd, sing gloria Face down on the ground, victorious Hear the sound of the crowd, sing gloria Face down on the ground, victorious Gloria, gloria Hear the sound of Heaven ring Gloria, gloria All the earth will bow and sing Gloria, gloria ...
...all is well again. He's made things new! Very well done! I can tell by the audience reaction that they had no idea of the theology behind this song.
Daniel Semsen Daniel- My husband and I are both professional singers and did this arrangement at a Christian resort we sang at a few years ago. (30 piece orchestra and 8 vocalists) it was AMAZING. The guests all summer long were raving about it. And I LOVED singing the "boy soprano" sounding solo :) It's a flawless arrangement. Brilliant work!
The only disappointment to this is the lacklustre applause at the end.... The entire place should have been on its feet in rapture after such heavenly worship.
Thanks Dan. Why so confrontational? I think the presence of an audience would suggest that it is both a Performance and a Concert. However, you will notice that I never used either of those words in my original comment, but rather, I said that this was "heavenly worship". So you seem to be rebuking me for words I never used. I believe that in this instance, God and His Son, did indeed receive praise. I enjoyed listening to it and will continue to do so. However, God receives more praise and worship in private, either from a gathering of his people without cameras or an audience, or in private from his individual children. I also believe, as my original comment partly suggests, that this worship would be more poignant without an audience. The audience in this instance detracts from the glory of the worship - watch for yourself - they look bored at the end - some even checking their phones.... They are singing wonderfully about the moment we see Jesus - and the audience seems disinterested - which is why i commented. But wherever you are, have a blessed day.
I'm late in response Andrew, but I said the same thing. I'm enjoying this precious work at home, but I cannot but shout praises. And yes If I had been in the room that day I WOULD HAVE BEEN ON MY FEET!!!!

I was in the church in this performance. I was touched by the songs. Praise the lord for sharing the beautiful songs. Jesus is coming soon.
Lyrics
In a moment, everyone falls silent
To hear the mighty trumpet
Split the eastern sky
Just imagine the King of all Creation
Riding through the heavens
Returning for His bride
Gloria, gloria
Hear the sound of Heaven ring
Gloria, gloria
All the earth will bow and sing
All the broken, they're no longer broken
As they dance before Him
A radiant debut
And the lion walks beside the lamb and
All is well again
He's making all things new
Gloria, gloria
Hear the sound of Heaven ring
Gloria, gloria
All the earth will bow and sing
Gloria, gloria, gloria, gloria
Hear the sound of the crowd, sing gloria
Face down on the ground, victorious
Hear the sound of the crowd, sing gloria
Face down on the ground, victorious
Gloria, gloria
Hear the sound of Heaven ring
Gloria, gloria
All the earth will bow and sing
Gloria, gloria ...
