I think that creating a free food box in your area is a fantastic idea! And they say close to 80% of the garbage in the landfills is food, so with you doing this it helps the earth! 🇨🇦🤗❤️
If you are talking about the CVS bags, they were too heavy to take and started ripping when I tried to lift them when I first stopped there earlier in the day and got ran off by an employee...

Can’t believe they chuck all those magazines and puzzle books out. They could be donated to local elderly homes/shelters, they would love things like that to take their minds off things for a while
A lot of the Elderly homes or nursing homes are not accepting donations because of COVID. I have a person that works at one and she picks up magazines and brings them in. So if she knows some one that works in those places that would be a great place to donate. Also they have the little free book pantry type places that you can take a book or leave a book
If you send me an email reminder and you pay for shipping, I will happily snag you a bunch next time I find them! I've found those bins full of magazines often.

It's awesome you want to make a pantry. In my area I felt there was a need to help people. I went on line and asked if anyone had a couple dressers they didn't want. I got 2. Took the drawers out and stacked them. Painted them and I only bought 5 things from dollar store and it took off. I have 4 cabinets now and their full. I painted "take what you need, give what you can " on the front. Keep us posted on how you do this please. I'm a new subscriber and I'm loving your channel

To what I can find online. You can build your own one out of plywood or wood or donate to a food bank in your area. I wasn't sure if the free pantries are like the free libraries where you have to order one but you don't with the pantries, you can just build one.
Hello, just found your channel. That makes me sick they threw out all those magazines. They are so expensive to buy. I stopped taking them because of the cost. Those sewing ones can be resold on ebay.
I think if you call your county commisoners office they can help you. That is what I'm going to do. I live in a very small town in Georgia. I want to dumpster dive so bad, but I'm 73 so I would need someone with me for sure. I sure do enjoy all of you that do it. Maybe you could a free pantry in front of your house you might mention that if it is something you could do.
This was an amazing haul!! What about churches? Will they accept some of the food to give to some families in need? There's a few churches here that does it. I love those nature valley bars too. Also the pecans. Lol all those magazines! I love the crossword and word search I just wish I had more time to do them. I believe the red tote is to shop with if I'm not mistaken. $25 is a bit much no matter what its for. Lol

Look for buy nothing in your town on fb it is a great page. It is Buy Nothing Town or city name it is a page where anyone in your town can give away or ask for some thing they don’t want anymore or something you need people on my towns buy nothing make meals and offer those or give food boxes. It is brought a lot of people in my community closer we have all made new friends. It could be a place you can give away the food you find. My town doesn’t have a free pantry either but mine is just in the next town over. If you find out how to get one built can you tell us. I have a catholic charity across the street from me I was thinking about asking them

All of the crafting magazines in plastic sell well on ebay-they are great magazines that are very pricey.
I gave them to my mom but that is good to know for future reference.
