I’ve seen this band 5 times and each time gets better and better. I remember going to see them when they toured for this album and I was completely blown away

I'm pretty glad I cheated on her as many times as I did. But mostly I'm devvo at missing the tour of one of my favourite albums of all time :(

I listen to obnoxiously heavy variations of metal, primarily...yet I must concede that, of the HUNDREDS of vocalists I've seen perform truly difficult songs live -- both on TH-cam and in person -- Billie Joe Armstrong is, without even the slightest inclination of doubt, the BEST and most consistent vocalist I have ever seen. What makes it even more incredible is the fact that they play 20-30 song sets, and he never once appears to fall flat or make mistakes. He is a legend. A Green Day live performance is something truly special and deserving of the most emphatic recognition.

As far as touring goes, I don’t think there’s any question. There’s a professionalism to them with this era that’s kind of all-business, been-there-done-that precision you can see with every video from this era. Billie looks awesome, sounds better and works the crowds as good as any point. Was lucky to see them twice on this tour, once in the 2nd row at Lollapalooza.
