Yep, I had a once over done on my 15 F150 with 3.5 ecoboost looking for a oil leak. The truck at 95000 on it. The mechanic found a broken stud on the drivers side. The mechanic gave me a price to fix that included BD manifold kit. I'm going for it.
Thanks for your question. Our EcoBoost manifolds increase the average flow by 25%, leading to more efficient engine operation and increased horsepower.
the manifold studs are DIN835 class 5.8 fasteners that have been thoroughly vetted for quality. Regarding the turbo fasteners, we could not find any that fit our quality criteria, and supply OEM Ford parts for turbo mounting

Go for it brother!
I'll be ordering mine shortly:)
Thank you guys for the good product! Tired of my ecoboost sounding like a giant pissed off cricket.
🤣🤣 Thanks Man! Glad you like it!
Does it fit a 2017 gen 2 3.5?
👌
Not a single mention of any performance increase, can you elaborate? Thx.

@@BDDieselPerformance What hp and trq gains did you see over stock during testing? Thx.
No flow imrovement?
The flow increase varies a little bit between the ports, but the average flow increase is about 25% (OEM avg 110cfm/port, BD avg 139cfm/port)
What about the stud quality? They don’t look as good as the OEM studs.
