- We present to you the rich culture of Meranaw through showcasing the different traditional dances and music. You Kapmalo-malong, kapagapir (fan dance), kasipa, singkil, kambayok and kakulintang are some of the meranaw arts you are going to see.
Let us appreciate and patronize our own culture and make it as the pathway of peace and order not only her in Mindanao, but to the rest of world.

I'm from the northern part of the Philippines, and it's so nice to see, hear, and watch the traditional song and dance from Filipinos in the South. 💕Sometimes I feel how distinctly different the language are, even though we are from the same country. From North to South, it feels like going to a foreign land. It's amazing how different and yet similar we are at the same time.
We should never forget and learn our culture for all of our islands from luzon to visayas and mindanao. Theres still alot to learn since spain did alot of damage to us
This is the cultural dance of our fellow Maharlikans, Mindanawans, Maranawans that we should be proud of, and should be taught to our children's children. Mabuhay!

Maranao tribe the were ancestors of Melanau tribes in Sarawak somehow related base on the clothing, dance and the culture all the same. We believe our ancestor from tausug descendants migrated to Borneo before the British colony mixed with the Bruneian tribe, Penan and org ulu later the Melanau change their language and the way of living then became the local tribe of Sarawak there other no similar tribe found in Indonesia

Wala pong kahit alin o ano mang koneksyon ang dalawang tribo, kaya po magkakahawig kami ng kasuotan, tugtugin at kultura sapagka't ho ay hindi ko rin alam nguni't naniniwala po ako na wala po kaming koneksyon sa tribo iyan at hindi naman sila mga taga-lawa ang mga maranao lamang.
