@Terroriser mending can only be found on a book in dungeons or trading with librarian villagers. You also can find any enchantment on a book by trading with any librarian. You can change the trades of any villager by destroying the job site block that they assign themselves to and then replacing it. The librarian's job site block is a Lectern. The best way to get Emeralds is to trade with a farmer because they often offer easy trades like melons for Emeralds. Any enchantment that you find in a dungeon or trade for comes in the form of an enchanted book which then you combine with the tool you want it on in an anvil. You can also trap a villager in a boat and transport him near your base and trap him to keep him for trading, however he will need to be far enough away from your base so he doesn't change his job to any of the job site blocks you have in your base. While transporting in a boat use water to rise up blocks. You can also transport them with a minecart but that is more expensive and can be complicated. When you enchant with books put the highest level Enchantments on first or else it will cost more XP. Also naming enchanted items cost more XP than non-enchanted items. (Name an item before you enchant it) Hope this helps!
