You can only use number blocks when a Draw 2 is stacked.

i was wondering if player 1 pull the wild block and choose player 3 color what about the flow of the play, can player 2 still able to pull a block even though he/she was skipped ?

The blocks are not solid like Jenga. Instead the blocks are more like I beams.
