I am an Arab and I was looking to buy one and your review of the product was honest and I felt that you were talking about the product in all honesty, thank you.
No problem, having been to Kuwait in the past, it's a very different heat there, I'd be interested to know what it's like in those climates. Personally it's the humidity that gets me... I loved the heat in Kuwait.
Please, please, please do more product reviews... I landed on your page because I was curious about the product, but wow... so entertaining. I came for the product review for Coolify, but I stayed because of your personality.
I have the Coolify 3 and Coolify 2S. The cooling plate works well when the temperature is in a closed room, but outdoors, it doesn't feel very cool. The air that comes out isn't cool; it's just regular air at ambient temperature. I'm wondering if the Coolify CYBER blows genuinely cool air or if it's just blowing air at the ambient temperature. I have already returned the Coolify 2S and Coolify 3, and I live in Thailand, where the temperature is over 34++°C. They didn't work very well for outdoor use.
@@pierrougne I decided not to buy the Coolify Cyber because I asked several reviewers, and the answers about the Coolify 3 and Coolify Cyber were not very different in many aspects. What I want the most is a strong cool breeze, but I can't get that from either the Coolify 3 or Coolify Cyber. I live in Thailand, where it's hot all year round. I might have to wait for Coolify 5 or 6, waiting for the developers to actually create one with a breeze that feels like real air conditioning.
Thanks for the review. Here's a question - when you turn it on cool and have it on minimum percentage, are the cooling plates 100% on with no fan, or do the cooling plates get cooler along with the fan power when you raise the percentage?
Hi, I believe they go to full cooling from what I have observed. It's not possible to have cooling and no fans, but low power is low! I think the cooling effect on full either feels more or possibly assists the cooling as the fans will be drawing away the absorbed body heat from the body of the unit. Hope this helps.
@@charlieandshell Thank you. I actually just bought this but it wasn't clear to me and I haven't put a temperature gun to it yet. I do find the cooling plates the most beneficial but the fan does help. What I like about the coolify cyber is when I work out while using it, instead of sweating a lot, I don't sweat much at all. Also, walking my dog in temps up to about 85 degrees (fahrenheit) keeps me from sweating or I sweat very little. As you said, the battery life isn't very long but I haven't had a need to use it for 2 plus hours without being able to recharge it. IMO, it's worth the cost so far.
I've never actually seen an advert, not sure what you were expecting of it. You would have to be very naive to expect it's like being in an A/C room. My video summarises it well and fair I think.
Your review made me feel comfortable enough to go buy one.

Oh thanks... we will have a think of what else we can do. We love doing holiday videos, mainly as memories. Thanks for the compliment.

I think air blows across the cooling plates, but it's not exactly cold air like you say.
