    Thank you Sir Rex Mendoza, I hope Malacañang is listening and reading your vlog. This will open the perspective of the President BBM. It's should really be a fair and square deal. You're right that clarity and to the letter regards the policy of our government concerns. I believed that the President must see to it that deals involving FI, he should be on the lookout for these loopholes for the good of this country.

Wake up Philippines ! we have much to offer as mentioned in beginning of the video. Sayang na sayang only the powerful and the rich thrived.

Sana kahit wala tayong infrastructure, mautilize man lang sana natin ang internet and digitalization. Again, yung problema lang talaga is paiba-iba at medyo malala nga red tape.
    Lets just accept the fact na logistics ang problema bakit mahal ang kuryente and pagmanufacture. Tourism and services lang talaga tayo. We ranked #5 in BPO. We have wonders in the world.

    Only 2 things I can think of to change the Philippines:
    1. Every government employee will agree to disclose everything does, down to their time in and time out, assets and bank account. As, if everyone is looking no one will attempt to do something fishy. And let there be a multiple party government like in Germany to have each spectrum be given a voice.
    2. Someone will invade us and change our government completely.
    Otherwise, everything will stay as status quo. No administration can remove corruption unless he removes everyone in government and replace them with someone he trust.

      I go for your number 2. Kasi majority na ng mga politicians natin ay may mga personal interest, imposibleng hindi nila alam ang mga concerns na yan. Nag-aalala lang sila na baka maapektuhan mga business nila o kickbacks.

    • @miumiuchills
      @miumiuchills ปีที่แล้ว

      sa #1 kasali pati janitor jan down to the lowest level kase sabi mo EVERY GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE. di pwede i-disclose ang time in/out, assets and bank account because of security measure and because of the current Bank Secrecy Law which is INTERNATIONAL LAW and sa mga time in/out is nasa batas din yan di pwede i-disclose yan under din yan sa Rights to Privacy of every Filipino Citizen... Unfair if lahat ng government employee meron tayong access sa lahat ng personal details such as time in/out and bank accounts tapos tayo sa private strikto tayo sa confidentiality ng ating mga data... para na rin nating tinanggalan ng karapatan mga R&F government employee and treat them as if sila ay presidente, vice president, senador, coucilor and other higher government officials. Imagine if you are a government employee tapos may nakaaway ka makikita nila time in/out mo alam na nila kelan ka lalabas sa trabaho and if gagawa sila ng masama sayo very vulnerable ka na jan...

    • @eydelcruvil
      @eydelcruvil ปีที่แล้ว +1

      PGMA made PNOY econ 8000 in the PSEI. Swerte niya economista si GMA. Idagdag mo pa na protege xa ni PFVR na sinundan niya. The positive domino effect fallover in PNOY's time. What do you expect from Du30 Economics? The heavy debt left by PRRD. The TRAIN Law. The increase in govt salaries. The over lockdown. Covid19. PBBM will not be able to turn things around in the PSEI in his term. Seriously, Ph economic team is very impressive to maintain a level of 6000 as of now. Factoring the global recession I was expecting it to fall to 5000 worst 4000, but Ph maintaining it at 6000 is very impressive already. Watch the world news. No matter how much some people hated PBBM because of his surname, Ph is really doing great under PBBM's leadership. Don't kid yourself to think that PSEI will improve in PBBM's term. Sorry to disappoint but it won't. Just recently credit rating of US was downgraded. Marami pang paparating like dedollarization. Chi-Tai. MEast chaos. Global food shortage. May effect na naman yan sa Pinas. Dagdag mo pa ang walang katapusang Ukr-Rus. The president in not the problem. Its the Senate and Congress that are the true problem. They make rubbish laws and the president's hands are tied to operate only within the rubbish policies made by the legislative body. If we could only oust them haay. Philippines has a very long way to go. Look 20+ years ahead. Just hope that the next 2-3 presidents after PBBM will continue and finish PRRD and PBBM projects because if not we will be doomed again for the next 30 years for lack of continuity. It takes 30 years to transform an economy. If PCA did not snob and cutoff FEMSr PhDevPlan, Ph could have been an economic powerhouse in the 2000s but we missed that. Just look at PNOY's term. His economy is the result of FVR's 6yrs + GMA's 9 yrs. Hence swerte ni in his PNOY 6 yrs term. Pasok ang term niya sa 20-30 years span to transform an economy. Now look ahead. PRRD relaid a foundation for Ph for future econ. 6 yrs + PBBM admin 6 yrs. 12 yrs pa lang yan. Another 2 presidents pa na susunod sa yapak ni PRRD bago mo makita yung pag-unlad sa Pinas. Look at how the Du30s transform Davao in 20-30 years. Long-term po ang perspective. If you are still not convinced, look at how long Sg was led by LKY. 30yrs! That's why Sg is very progressive and stable. Sayang talaga. All of FEMSr PhDevPlan were designed for a progressive PH in the 2000s. But we missed that when it was wasted during CA time. Namiss natin yon. Andon na e. Haay. Hindi natin binigyan ng chance e. So long term po. 12 years pa lang from PRRD at PBBM. If the next 2 presidents after PBBM will follow suit after PRRD and him, we might have a progressive Philippines in 2040. Yep ganyan po talaga katagal. At sana buhay pa tayo niyan at di pa nagugunaw ang mundo. Sana rin di tayo masama sa war. We have a long way to go 😅✌️

Anong magulo dun.
    Infra ang kulang sa Pilipinas ( ex. "Nakakamatay" ang traffic) at dapat babaan pa ang corporate tax. Of course mabuti din kung tanggalin yung 60/40 sa lahat but i don't think, basta nalang matatanggal yun eh napakalalakas ng influence sa policy making ang mga katulad ng boss niyo dati. Dba, sir rex😁😁

If I am investor I would definitely not invest in the country where poverty is rampant and the gap between rich and poor is evidence. Corruption too is another one and infrastructures. Filipinos should wake up.

      @@gsuzuki6138 Thailand and Indo has greater inequality and Thai politics has far more records of turmoil. And that inequality is only in income. In addition to that, Thais have a very high household debts.
      The US has the highest inequality than any other country. And that is easy to see. Their wealthiest peoples assets are higher than even the Philippines annual GDP yet they have homeless and much more hopeless people. A man can have 2 jobs and still struggle financially..
      Their middle income class people also continues to shrink since 50 years ago, and all that are being manifested in what is happening now in the US political and Social unrest. Socially, the US will break first than the PH is both will be subjected in the same pressure.
      But, anyway, each is entitled to their own opinion. Just hope that we'll all be alive for a long to see if our own analysis of things are correct.
      (Oh, just to be clear, Thailand and Indo are in the census. With the US as the highest, i didnt research it. It is based only in my observations and readings of other things.)

    So, when you talked to the investor, did you just listened and nodded your head in agreement? Didn’t you give him inputs as to what the country has done to address these problems? His facts might be outdated, or he listened to the wrong people. Yes we have these problems, inequality, corruption, infrastructure, etc, etc, but these are work in progress, and by the way, which country was born without these problems -even investors’ favorite countries like China, Vietnam, Indonesia and Malaysia have their own share of these problems. Partly, it’s still a matter of perception what investors think of our country. It is us who should show them. Unfortunately, the naysayers in this country are the loudest out there, negating all the efforts that our government wants to achieve.

    By that time, most professionals and well educated Filipinos will be out of the country. And high likely that the country is already in state of shambles and chaos.
