i think he's experimenting with things because viewers keep asking him to try it, also he considered it a while ago but said phase rush/comet still better, i think he's' just giving conq a second chance again now against some matchups where he doesn't really need a better rune setup, like morde or ksante where they don't have much kill pressure on you unless you forget to dodge their stuff; he also tried it against fiora and honestly it was noticeably worse lol
