Hey Moriah, I know the struggle with metallic paints! Try using a black gesso base instead of white. It makes the colors pop and it is easier to build up the metallics with their transparent layers bc they won't just blend into the white! I know it seems counterintuitive to put something transparent over something so opaque as black, but it really does work.

A tip when painting with metallic colors, prime the area with the same color but non-metallic. Then do a couple layers of the metallic over it. It saves you a few extra layers of the metallic paint.

i’m from the UK and thought i wouldn’t find any of these figures in shops here.i was with my boyfriend in a toy shop and starting jumping up and down like i was 5 when i saw these on the self. i stood there for like 10 minutes feeling the packets to see which one i would get. i ended up and getting Georgie and got so excited and i think that’s when my boyfriend fell in love with me all over again after 2 and a half years. love love looooove this collection. literally want all of them ❤

They're all adorable! And metallics are easier if you basecost with a solid matte color similar to your metallic and then go over with your metallic. So, like gray under silver. Cuts the number of metallic coats in half.

Jacquard Lumiere is my favorite metallic paint! It doesn’t need many coats, there are so many colors, they’re honestly just gorgeous AND work on fabric! They’re so good, especially on a black base coat!

Jacquard Lumiere is my favorite metallic paint! It doesn’t need many coats, there are so many colors, they’re honestly just gorgeous AND work on fabric! They’re so good, especially on a black base coat!
