in the setting printer preference there is port select continuous option and direct thermal select then it will be ok

I'm setting continues control panel & one print proper & then again same issue are start red lights automatically blinking
I'm too much more time set that issue bt again & again issue will be start & calibrating are not to be open so plz any solution tell me🙏
My printer just arrived I have done everything in video but it pushes paper out and then red light and pressed again same thing again. I click on get status in diagnostic tool and it showing "paper jam" but I put it like him in the video and even try "demo small roll" which comes with the printer. even put in on a pen which doesn't tight the roll ....I think its defective . I bought extended 2years warranty if I return it I dont think I will get refund for warranty.
