can you control your fan with alexa ?? I can't . It shows only 2 switch in my alexa app. although its 3+1

This device regulator switch works with BLDC fan or not?? Because BLDC fan has already remote control regulator.

In our wiring neutral is common, so for tubelight the neutral is already connected with it, how we can use this in that scenario?
all home have same wiring neutral common and off wire need to phase .so same it will working .
this is video and not with consile wiring so we given neutral in all light and everywhere ..
But according to diagram there is a connection showing between neutral input in the device and all four terminal output, is that correct?
