Just recently found this channel and have been enjoying the MW Monk series before checking this one out. Just wanted to leave a tip I use for keybinds (though you obviously already have stuff worked out fine for yourself). I bind my MB4 to Alt instead of a single button. That way I can use it as a modifier and not have to contort my left hand into weird positions. Thanks for the videos!
at this point most players have multiple characters so sending gold to alts on a server to craft some crest gear/buy consumes is totally fine, esp since most people have a tank/healer to que lfg for the extra rewards when they are on offer to make some extra gold for their dps character
Mythic Blackrock Foundry Warrior set and The Black Hand from the last boss in Blackrock Foundry Normal / Heroic / Mythic. (: You will have to get the plate pieces to drop from the bosses. Some pieces also drop from another raid in WOD, the one with the ogre at the end I always forget what it's called, it's in Nagrand.

so its a known meme for firemage, that firemage damage suucks in high end unless you're REALLY GOOD. im not sure how cooked u are on the fire mage. but GL i will be tuning in :)
I don't have any clothie chars that can farm mogs, hahaha, it'll take a while to get one, though I think I just want to run the normal version of the Amirdrassil set, it looks great honestly!
I was kinda against sending gold because it takes away the early game feeling of "oh man I finally get to buy those bags" but if you send the gold when you reach max level or something I would be all for that since the journy aspect is over then.
I think it's fine if you send yourself gold but you could also do a video/episode about how you afford your stuff in general. That way you can also mention the video when you get yourself something to craft/consumables
That's a good idea. I need to figure out a way to fit in videos outside of the series. Kinda hard to do, but I'd really like to get around to doing that.
Honestly if the gold goes towards consumables and stuff I dont see anything wrong with sending some over, its not like you are spending it on gear or boosts just the normal stuff everyone else is buying anyways if they want 3k rating.

6:14 for people leveling via dungeons - there is an arguement to be made for wod dungeons. They are usually farmed by low level pvp chars for their BiS. they basically oneshot the entire dungeon

I gotta admit, I just don't like my choices from the allied races on Alliance for mage. Void Elf just doesn't feel "magey", it's just begging for a Shadow Priest character, the other races... not worth mentioning for a Mage. But you're right, it barely makes a difference nowadays, since 99% of the content you do is completely faction agnostic. The break was awesome, had a great time, but I missed recording and playing, so I'm glad I'm back and ready to get back into it!
Wasn't the incredibly contrived reason that Tyrande was.. a little mean to them? (Realistically, its nice that horde can have night elf casting animations. Everyone deserves the forehead cast)
@@NachtDerSins yeah it's not exactly shown well in-game, but historically, magic users were shunned by Night Elves, ever since the Sundering. Like the highborne who were re-integrated very slowly and painfully around the time of the Cataclysm.
Yeah, there is a reason, but I don't think it justifies not making them neutral like pandaren. Highmountain Tauren, I definitely understand. But it felt kinda shitty as Alliance saving all these people and then getting the middle finger. Especially since BfA focused more on the faction conflict again, and Thalyssra certainly had no qualms about immediately infiltrating Stormwind after. But yeah, I guess that's a bit OT. In the end, it's not that big of a deal either way.
On the case of gold, i think its better to use only that on this char for id love to see what you do when you dont have tons of gold to skip and get the boost from the gold just my oppinion. It is your serries and if you find it restrictive then dont, you need to find it fun and if its not fun then just send the money😊

I haven't decided yet, but right now if I had to choose I'd probably remove the rule. If I end up doing it, you can see how I do it in my other series, especially the Druid and Paladin series, a little bit in the Shaman series too. (:
You mean vertical? You can do that either via in-game Edit Mode by clicking on it and adjusting it, or with Bartender4. I can't recall the exact Bartender4 settings, but I do have them all in screenshots (as Bartender4 doesn't support profile exports) on the DNV Community Discord, so check that out if you like. (:

What was the reason for picking the class, spec and race? It would be good to do a randomised character, like a wheel of all classes you haven't done yet and spin the wheel, then for the classes spec, then the race, then the gender and press the Random appearance button.
I haven't done a ranged DPS yet so I made a poll picking which caster DPS I make. Mage won and then Fire won. I prefer making a poll, gives people some agency over what I play. If I roll something nobody wants to see, it just sucks ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Did you know that the direction your character is facing when you set your hearthstone is saved? I always face the exit of the Inn so that when I hearth I can run straight out. Not a big deal at all but a small tip
@@Definitely_Not_Vlad Was waiting for this series i main frost mage, but cant wrap my head around fire, the thing that helped me a little is making a macro with fire blast/phoenix flames to be one button so i get insta procs, sometimes it is wasted but phoenix is slow to react to button presses
IMO the only thing forcing you to farm gold and not mail from alts adds is slower releases of episodes. why spend time farming on an alt if you dont have to? Gives more time for leveling, dungeoning and learning. The reason i think that way is because this is a 0 to 3k not a gold farming guide. its not like you can buy 3k io anyway.

Luckily my hand size and keyboard workout just fine and it's pretty comfy for me to use Shift and Alt as my modifiers (:

Gold is a non issue rule imo. Buy a token, send from your alt, make it all. Doesn’t matter.

That's interesting! I usually log out flying in the air in a rested area city, but that's useful for chars I farm something on :D
Not just the direction you face but your position as well! Behind the innkeeper or by the door, that all gets saved
Sending yourself some gold isnt so bad... So that rule should be removed, but definately keep the rest.. no using friends, friend groups. etc.. :)
