    Is required any thermal pad or clue between card, wedge lock, and chassis? and how you are ensuring that?

      There is no thermal pad or thermal grease used. ICE-Loks rely on pressure to minimize thermal resistance across the contact. Thermal interface materials could reduce resistance further, but the trade is increased complexity and cost. The increased contact area relative to a traditional wedge, however, is the most significant factor.
