GLAZED CARROTS | A Delicious Garnish | Simple Recipes

A simple recipe to prepare a good garnish for our meals. With few ingredients and very easy to make, these delicious glazed carrots are a perfect accompaniment to different dishes, especially meat or chicken.
Ingredients:
-500 grams of carrots
-1 medium onion, chopped
-2 tablespoons (25 grams) of butter
-1 tablespoon of oil
-1 spoon of sugar
-1 tablespoon of water
-1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
-1/2 teaspoon pepper
-1 teaspoon fresh thyme
