    I can relate to Nicky's dilemma with his ACL. I haven't had an ACL since 2018 and I seem to be doing fine. Up and down ladders for work. I still roll and to be honest, I wouldn't even know anything was wrong with my knee except when I'm sitting on a chair and it's hanging freely it feels a little different at times. Walking, running, rolling, etc, all fine.

    • @lorikislack1504
      @lorikislack1504 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I went without an ACL for 3 years, even got my Black Belt with no ACL. 98% of the time I was fine rolling hard and everyday life. But that 2% where my knee would swing over and put pressure on the outside ligaments/nerves was brutal. It was literally like getting a root canal. Then I had it fixed and realized my other knee had a ton of arthritis from compensating all that time.

    • @10t0esdown
      @10t0esdown 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You ignorant toads, he has the money, it's not about money. Surgical reconstruction of the ACL has the same outcome after 1 year as most who do rehab only. Nicky is strong, healthy, and is coping fine because he has very strong supporting muscles around the knee. If Nicky had surgery, he wouldn't be 100% healed until 1 year, and for 6 months, may not even be able to train. Same thing for slipped disc and other ailments. Prevalent study has shown that non-surgical rehab has better or same results. Surgery should be the last option in many cases.

    Would love to see Craig tangle with Gordon again. I know he’d be giving up a lot of weight and strength at this point but I feel like he’s the one guy (other than maybe Pena) who can stymie Gordon’s leg game.

    • @vodking
      @vodking ปีที่แล้ว

      Got to disagree. I really don't think there is a human on the planet at this point that can give Gordon any form of a real serious challenge. Gordon is peaking, right now. He won't be beatable for a while.
