I know you probably know this already, as you have had two cats before, but it you stroke your beautiful new kitten, then stroke your beautiful black and white cat, you will pass on the smells to one another, and it will be easier for your b&w cat to accept the kitten. I have lived in my home for nearly 7 years now, and it is much more untidy than yours. You are doing so well, I can not even get out of the house, apart from walking Madge, at least you are making yourself go out and do a course, and I really take my hat off to you for doing that, which ever one you choose to do in the end. You are an intelligent woman, which is why you have deep feelings, and get despondent at times. You are an attractive woman, and you are doing your best with life, and what it throws at you. Enjoy your day, whatever you are doing my lovely. Lots of love, Jilly & Madge xxx

Hi It’s good to push yourself ( with the course ) however not to the point it makes you a bag of nerves, you just don’t seem happy or coping, I know you struggle and there’s no shame in just saying it’s too much

Hi lovey, yes I agree, last week was really difficult and I hope this week will be better but If it continues I will have to reconsider if this is worth it as the last thing I want is to feel worse :( ❤ xxx

May I ask why you could not drive to your course in your car, as the bus is causing you soooo much stress, with all the people on board? I was always so much better in my own car, being in control, driving to places. I love trains, as you can get up and walk around, but I could not go on a bus. I really think you are very brave to carry on doing it though, as you are getting through your fear, and facing it. Would it be a good idea to talk to your course tutor, to tell them about your issues? Maybe you have already done this, as I feel it would calm your mind a bit to know that they understand, and that you do not need to beat yourself up so much when you feel things are getting on top of you. xxx

Hi lovey, I wish I could but there is no parking and bus is the only way, I did walk one of the bus routes which took 40 minutes and I would much rather do that than sit on a bus full of people. I love going on a train too :) Thank you lovey, yes I defiantly need to talk to them but I worry they will think why am I here if I feel this way, I have the support of the same lady that helped my though my undergrad so I will see her again, thank you lovey ❤ xxx

Oh Kaitlyn.... i do feel forr you. I can tell your just really struggling and can empathise so so much. All the things that most people just do witjout even giving it a second tbought and yet for people like you and me and many others it just takes so much out of us and is just completely draining and exhausting. I could emphasize with your exhaustion as well. I have times where i litrally cant move my legs. Its like my body just says rught enough is enough and it just seizes up on me.
Are you on medication ? I do hope you have a better week and just remember youa re doing so so well to even be trying getting back into uni. A class of 30 would litrally fill me with terror let alone 70 ! I too have social and health anxiety. Do you have good friends around you for support ? Do you have an understanding doctor you can talk to ?
Anyway, look after yourself and well done you for just giving things a go. Its hard , hard work but if the times not right or its just too much then dont put too much preasure on self either., maybe have a chat with GP again. Take good care my lovely ❤❤ 😊

Hi lovey, last week was a really difficult one absolutely draining :( I feel I thought because I had moved and felt better I could take on this but I do worry of I can see it through.. The exhaustion is so rubbish :( I am not on medication, I have a fear of taking medication for fear of side effects.. I am my own worst enemy :( When they said 70 I immediately said no there was no way I could do that. I do have a lovely doctor and I haven't been in a while, I might get booked in soon. Thank you lovey for your lovey support and words ❤ xxx

I was terrified to take medication for my anxiety disorder, however my doctor felt it was the best course of action and prescribed Citalopram. I had the medication for a month before I was brave enough to take it and decided to just take a 1/4 tablet for the first few days, to reassure myself that it would be safe :) Now I'm taking it daily with no side effects and it has been over a year since my last panic attack but most importantly I feel so much better generally, more the old me, pre-panic. Don't mean to sound like a pusher here but it can be very helpful when navigating your way through a very debilitating condition. The medications are not necessarily altering you but compensating for a deficiency. Be kind to yourself Kaitlyn, maybe aim for progress instead of perfection xx @@thelifeofkaitlynlouise

@@thelifeofkaitlynlouise I am the same. I am on sertraline but it took me weeks and months to take them. I just had to start with a crumb, and build it up and up. It terrified me to start taking them as the side effects petrified me. I kind of take it now and just try not to think of it. Next one is HRT but I darent take that either ! 🙈
You remind me sooo much of myself.
Hope your having a better week. 😊

Is your home a new build? It’s very common for new build homes to experience damp and then mould growth. They say the house is drying out, there’s loads of tips online to help the process along. I hope you are feeling better this week x
