there’s no point in having captions because for asmr to actually do something you obviously need to have your audio up and captions only became popular because people who were in public places and couldn’t have the audio up could still watch.
@@zodiussalt not necessarily. hard of hearing/deaf people use ASMR the same way they use music. different sounds and rhythms create different sound waves you can feel. we usually don't feel them until the volume is too loud but they are there. so for speaking ASMR at least they could know what triggers are coming or what's being said in the rambling. if you didn't know, now you do
