They are great belts. I bought two so far , a black and a brown for my carry holsters which are perfect for holding the weight of a firearm. The belts I have are 3/4 inch.

I'm already convinced on the quality of Hanks Belts. I already own 5 Hanks Belts - including one Premier - and I'm thinking about getting the Old World Harness, but I can't decide on the color. Can you make a video about the Old World Harness like you did the Premier? That would be great!

@AG4runner The Xtreme 1.5" is my most used belt. But, the string is not saddle stitched, so once it tears or frays, it'll just keep coming undone. This is true of any of Hank's stitched belts. I eventually just pulled all of string out, and I've been meaning to saddle stitch it but haven't gotten around to it. Any of the Old world Harness belts are really good because they're super thick. I recommend sizing up 3 three sizes if you fluctuate weight a lot and plan on concealed carry like I do. The Premier is really nice, and I use it for special occasions, but I'm not sure I like that it's double layered, glued, and stitched. The Gunner non-stitched is the best bang for buck belt with a variety of colors to match with common leather shoe colors. But, it's not as thick as the ones I mentioned above.
@@jolier1313 thanks for replying. I currently have the Montana in peanut color and the brute and I'm impressed with both. The Montana is slightly thicker and heavier and I prefer the leather on it. Both are pretty impressive belts. I've been eyeing the old world harness because of the fact that it's one piece and as thick as it is. These thicker belts are a game changer since they don't seem to stretch like the crap im use to. I hate adjusting my belt throughout a work shift and I do it less with these thicker belts

Love it! Now I'm going to have to go pick one up! Currently using the Enforcer and have had it for about a year. The most durable belt (leather) I've ever worn and that is, I abuse all of my gear! Can't wait to check this thing out for my daily!

I get that it's basically the thicker version of the canyon belt which is a dress/casual belt, but based on how thick, stiff, and sturdy it is, can the premier also be used as a work or gun belt?
It sure can. It's one of our toughest.
I wish you guys had the butter and this version of oak on other belts. I've got both coming soon so I can decide which I want more. Love the bison belt I've had for the last 3 years though.

About the thickest I like is the Xtreme Gunner belt I own. Got my second Hanks Belt a couple of weeks ago, during the LTP (less than perfect) event. Great deal on another.

Belt holes always seems to be the failure, does anyone make a belt with grommets to protect them?
No grommets needed on our heavy duty belts. Our belts are nothing like department store belts and the holes won't rip though. Once you see one you'll understand why. These 13oz or heavier belts would do the trick for you:

I have all 3 Canyon Belts, I would love to get my hand of these belt but I don't want the same color as the canyon belt. I was wonder is the cherry is similar to that of a Havana or the Oak in the Canyon. thanks.
The Cherry is very different than both those colors. It stands on its own.

These work great for just a rugged belt to be worn for everyday wear. It's some belt!
Does the oak wood color darken and patina as well with time?
Yes, it will also darken down and develop a patina based on your individual use. It ages very nicely!
What’s your stiffest 1.5” belt
Our stiffest is the steel core belt. It's also very thick though. If you want a thick belt without a core take a look at the Montana Bison belt or the Old world. The Old world is solid one piece while the Montana is double layer.

How stiff are these compared to the Montana bison belt? I know they are a touch thicker.
It's very comparable. It is a tad thicker than the Montana and stiffness is about the same. They are both on the thicker and stiffer side.
@@HanksBelts got in a premiere in oak earlier than I thought I would. This thing is impressive right out of the bag and very comfortable. I don't mind the thickness of it at all.
