1. Biswapati Sarkar: the writer of Pitchers and Permanent Roommates is the same guy who appears in the end of 4th episode and gives his card to Naveen and team
2. Arunabh Kumar: He is playing Yogi here and he is the FOUNDER of TVF and he has a very cool story of himself.
3. Deepak Kumar Mishra: The guy who played Purushottam in Permanent Roommates, has also directed multiple episodes in the series.
So point is these are not just the actors, they are the actual TVF team behind the camera also.

Just for ur info Jaby.. Yogi (real name Arunab), Puneet( real name Biswapati) ,Jeetu( real name Jitendra kumar ) are Engineering Graduates and Post Graduates from IIT Kharagpur. IIT is The Indian equivalent of your MIT and it is really tough to get admission there. so my point is that these guys are the top brains of the country who have actually left their lucrative career and started a company called TVF which makes 'INTELLIGENT' shows which are aired only on the internet....

Pendrive Story Clarification:
The pendrive did have their business details. Mandal flies off to Bangalore (hence the expenditure of Rs 35000). Maybe fights with Purushottam to get back his pendrive (band-aid on Mandal's neck while giving the presentation). Meanwhile, Purushottam may not have been able to utilize this opportunity probably because he couldn't find an investor to pitch to or he pitched it badly or maybe some other reason which writers are not concerned with.

Achara was not exactly wrong about the contents of the Pendrive! It definitely did have some sensitive information as Jeetu mentions that it had all the demos and PPTs and templates etc. Moreover, in case it did have only the pictures, Mandal would have told them.
My two cents: It had the sensitive information AND the pictures that Mandal used to click post every meeting, because Mandal being Mandal.

Really enjoyed watching this all over again, but this time it felt as if I was watching with my gang of friends. :) Jaby and Achara were a delight. Chuck was awesome. I loved TVF Pitchers when I first watched it, but you guys put a whole new dimension to it for me. I did realise that it takes sacrifice to achieve what you really want in life. But what you guys reinforced time and again about the difference between passion and happiness is what really struck a chord. All of you, I realise are extremely hardworking and driven, god knows I could certainly use some of that drive in my life right now. Thank you for that :)
Having said that, I want to point out that this was somewhat similar to your MS Dhoni trailer discussion with Greg Alba. I loved it then and I love this now :)
I liked what Chuck said about the ending being self sufficient, like how they end a series if they're not too sure if they have another season coming up or not. Also, I'd love to know how Jaby has quite an accurate insight about the Indian television scenario ? :P a major chunk of the shows are baseless and here's TVF Pitchers proving what good story telling looks like.
And now I'm excited for Jaby to hit a million subscribers just to hear him sing the song *wink wink* :P
To add to the discussion at the end of this reaction -- No, there are no television series like this that air on the Indian Television. This is 'internet' exclusive release, and that too, this happened back when TVF was still small, and one would understand budget constraints as a 'TH-cam' only channel. This series, I think, became their turning point. So, it's really unfair to compare such a series -- that comprises of artists who were (maybe some still are) actors who acted only in short films we saw on TH-cam -- with productions like AMC, HBO and the likes. And when I say, I think many would agree, this series is so real and so much better than many of the shows ever made, it silently makes me, as an Indian, proud of TVF for providing us audience with such a series which was way, way (raised to infinity) different than stereotypical soap series that still air on television. Thank you, TVF. Also, thank you, Jaby, for this one. Cheers!

Regarding the ending of the season, I'm with Jaby. It was a clean ending. Fans of GOT and Mr. Robot understand the importance of a clean ending. ;)
Indian soap operas don't function in the format of seasons. Most of them (like what Jaby said, targeted at housewives) run for 5 days a week and run for, wait for it........ 5-8 years!!! So, yeah, he is right when he says, there is nothing like TVF out there on Indian television. In fact TVF's motto is to break the internet (if you see their animated logo, TVF falls on TV, breaks it and stands on top of it).
Also, the second season of TVF Pitchers is coming out early next year. :)

well Jaby i got to share this..(although i never put the effort to comment)...i have been following you from the beginning of 2016 and have watched and followed you through (almost) every trailer/movie reaction you did....this thing of reacting to web series (that's quite new and trending in India...thanks to TH-cam!) has made a difference and its not only about the views/likes/comments that you get BUT its also about watching the entire season AGAIN with three more people who get amazed, feel sad, get excited and laugh at the same time....so i don't know if someone has already told you this before....but for me (and some other followers may be) its about sharing the emotion and its enjoyable....its the same joy which one gets when watching a movie with friends.....honestly speaking... of all the time i used to spend on the internet most of it was devoted to FB but that has changed and your channel and content are the major reasons behind that...also i don't know if you are in tech or if google helps you in getting the data regarding how your content is able to engage people and to what extent.. but what i feel these web series (having relatively shorter time span than full length movies) is favourable for you to carve a niche in this domain...all in all you are great and love what you do....work hard...keep entertaining us....PEACE OUT...

I didn't realise it until Chuck brought it up but that's totally true bc When he was drunk he kept telling it was the secret ingredient but never mentioned his fear of someone stealing it but at that person stole it but still didn't pitch, that gives us an idea that that other guy didn't pitch anything bc he saw the pen drive and it had nothing but pictures sooo that guy didn't pitch it.

You were right about indian TV shows, most of them are for housewives and really Boring. you wont believe some Daily shows ran for about 9 Years without any break !! We indians have witnessed very few Quality Shows on TV, Trend in india is changing , hopefully we get to see more of TVF kind of shows on our TV !!
