i learned that when birds murmur or fishes school together they are riding on the invisible energy that is all around us. also, there is no lead bird or fish, etc., it is a riding of a wave. so pretty. i love watching it.

The courtyard full of plants in huge pots by the old cinema reminded me of the mountain villages of The Alpujarra in Southern Spain. Coming across these hidden gems is what I loved about Brighton. I lived just off Seven Dials as a child, and there was always something new to discover in Brighton. The garden behind your flat is a treasure...,a little patch of botanical bliss in the middle of town. It's lovely to see you so happy in your beautiful new flat, it's perfect for you.
Hi Suzi, I have been doing intermittent fasting for 12 years. It is very easy to do and it helps so much with digestion and sleep. I enjoy your videos so much, may I say I find you absolutely adorable! Or as Gen Z says adorbs. Thank you for the smiles...

It's been very difficult to be optimistic lately but I feel so much better after seeing you. Suzi, your flat is bright and breezy except for the 'black' corner in you living space which does not work with the rest of the flat, it completely stops the flow and gives a depressing heavy feel. The black painting above the fireplace, the black fireplace and the huge black TV screen, a really dark corner, I could not live with it, but maybe you like it. That was a lovely shot of that little robin singing. I have seen the starlings dance in the sky a few times walking my dog on a day trip to Brighton and Hove and lots of other places too, absolute wonder. I'd put all the wardrobes down the back of the room as you don't want large wardrobes pushing in on your nice dressing table at the window, your vlog space, and the light from the window. I never weary of the views of Brighton and Hove, have a great week! Where did you get your shoulder pads? Why not ask subscribers if they want to be filmed?

My mother had 6 cancers over the years. She talked about passing on so I asked her to send me mourning doves from heaven. Well, we downsized and no birds for a month and she finally made good on her promise. Three couples (they mate for life) of mourning doves arrived and and have given me such joy.

hi suzi, i absolutely adore your videos, we are miles away financially but you give me such pleasure with your up beat confidence and joy with life, i look forward to sundays to catch you, i would like know to if the floppy bear you acquired has a brand name as i would love to get myself one. i am 75 yrs alone and happy, i live in a 1 bed bungalow with a lovely garden and many, many beautiful birds, i live in telford, shropshire near ironbridge and spend my time walking along the river severn out in the beautiful fresh air and it,s free. thanks for your very entertaining videos and forget the nasty comments you are too sensible to react to them xxxxxxxxx
What those cupboard doors should have are 'push lock' latches. You then press the doors and the spring open. They're inexpensive from places like Screwfix.
You really are a little ray of sunshine. And Brighton has my heart. After my divorce I thought, hmm, Brighton or Bath. I was free to go to either. I chose Bath, but boy I miss the chaos and pure life giving feeling Brighton gave me AND THE MUSIC!!! Bath is a little, erm, sedate. But the choice has been made. Enough of my prattling.

Hi Suzy, we get the starlings doing their dancing over our pier in Eastbourne before they settle under the pier, Its lovely to watch. Just had a message from my daughter she is in Brighton in that Thai restaurant you recommended in Preston Street they are having a delicious lunch. I could do with a siesta but it never works for me I close my eyes but can never go to sleep but at least I sleep at night, I’ve just defrosted the freezer took me all morning that’s my exercise for the day. I am so glad you enjoy your garden view and all the trees and birds and squirrels. I love trees and birds too. I am fortunate to live in the country. I have a squirrel proof feeder, it spins around if the squirrels jump on the roof of the bird feeder. It works well. Oh, yes I know about birds doing murmuring. I love your black and cream plaid top. Your flat is so perfect now. I am so happy for you that you found it and it finally worked out.
To refresh your black clothes when you wash them put white vinegar in the last rinse or you can buy dye Lon black wash to put in your washing machine and put all your black clothes in To help you not feel so tried pumpkin seed are good lv from Canterbury

The easy solution for the wardrobe would be to add handles to each door so you don't have to stand on your tiptoes to open them.

Warning though as it is even worse after 75 ish! So keep up the regime and exercise. Your table looks lovely in your lounge - just right and the repositioning of the chairs works. When I was young I always wondered how it would be to live in a house that was upside down. I would imagine walking on the ceiling and walking through doorways that were upside down.

Afternoon Suzi the new table looks great. Been freezing here in London and it looks like cold weather for a few days. Flat looks great nice and spacious. I've been to see my man (Paul Chowdhry) twice this week warming up for his big tour starting next month. Saw the film "Nickel Boys" about two black boys persecuted in school and prison years ago but the film was very slow and I didn't enjoy it at all. Seeing "Al Murray" next week. Have a good week. Sue

I have been doing intermittent fasting for 2 months. I stop eating at 3:00. It is working very well. I’m 81, young and healthy.
