When he's smiling and waving at the end he's waving to Drake who (on the same day) was at the "White Party" in Long Island with a bunch of celebrities and wealthy people. That was a genius-level move.
I was born in 1982. Currently 42. I saw Tommy The Clown on The Pop Out and scared my wife as I yelled out: "HE'S STILL AROUND!" Because Tommy The Clown came to my middle school to put on a show with his group. You know you're legendary when being called The Clown is a sign of respect.
I’m from Louisiana when I was young we had internet and computers and laptops because my dad worked in tech and dancing was a big part of my black community in a small town in the south and we use to watch the videos this was before people got paid for TH-cam and the TH-cam rest lol.
I mean the video of Tommy that’s how I knew of him and the kids dancing and I’m pretty sure he was on dance tv shows too. I’m pretty sure when they tried to type wash them and wasn’t letting black teams compete
The most diabolical analysis I've heard about the owl was the first shot we see the owl is from the owls perspective. staring down kendrick, clearly out matched. Then the 2nd shot is from kendrick's POV and he's caged, but doesnt even realize that he's stuck, unable to move around and fly. All a caged bird can do is sing.
