    Hi po Ninong Ry. I am a huge fan po ng mga content nyo. I am a diabetic po. Ang kinakain ko po mga low carbs/sugar na food para po ma maintain ko lang po glucose ko. Sana po magkaron kayo ng content na about sa low carbs or diabetic-friendly na food. Salamat po at more power sa inyo!

    Ninong, kami ng mga pinsan ko sa pampanga pag naglelechon sa side lang ang lagay ng uling wala sa center, mas maganda din before isalang is pahiran yung lechon ng coke sa balat tas hahayaan namin matuyo para lumutong yung balat pag isinalang na, pag medyo namula na ang balat dun namin pinapahiran ng mantika hehe skl po ninong. more power!❤

      Ang teknik para hindi mag bitak ang balat dapat jan mabilis ang ikot sa baboy yung tipong number 1 ng electricfan . Tapos sa gitna ang baga ng uling para sa mabilisang pag lutong ng balat ..

    The Secret Cebu Lechon Recipe
    INGREDIENTS:
    1 whole native pig (live weight 18 - 20 kilos)
    salt and black pepper to taste
    soy sauce
    For the glaze:
    1 liter of Pepsi
    **or if you want to achieve a red color lechon skin: 3 part of evaporated milk + 1 part of water
    For the stuffing:
    10 bundles lemon grass (tanglad)
    1/4 cup star anise
    6 pieces of laurel or bay leaves (cut into small parts)
    5 cups of crushed garlic
    2 kilos green onion leaves
    8 pieces of halved saba bananas, half-cooked through boiling (optional)
    Materials Needed:
    Medium Bamboo
    Needles and thread for stitching
    Clean sponge

      ninong isang tip pa po pag nag lelechon yung uling po dapat naka gilid lang left and right at di directa dun sa lechon tulad nung nasa video kumbaga may space dapat sa gitna.. pag may uling kasi sa gitna habng niluluto yung lechon may oil at directang tumutulo dun sa uling ang tendency ay mag aapoy at pwedeng masunog..

    Understandable for the first timer na magletchon. Next time kung may next time pa sa sides lang yung baga ng lechon and kung may hilaw na part for example sa pige pwede i-concentrate yung baga.

    Nin9ng yan po ang masarap i lechon mas malutong ang balat at malinamnam. Ang uling dapat sa gilid lang para di mabigla ang luto at di mahilaw ang loob. Tapos sa pag papalutong lagay nyo sa gitno ng bahgya tapos balikbalik lang ikot.     3:13 Another tip pag naglelechon: Bago Tahi-in, Biyakin muna yung spine part tsaka tusukan yung sa gitna(gap?) ng mga rib cage para manu-ot yung mga dry rub sa loob, tested and proven pag luto na yung lechon. hanggang buto luto 👍

    Ito talaga naging reason na bumilib ako sayo nong, biruin mo. Hindi mo alam yung ginawa mong pag lechon pero nag try kapa rin. Ginawa mo pang vlog. Yung courage mo grabe talaga, knowing na may mga taong nag hihintay pa sa pagkain. Parang trial and error kumbaga pero this time sa lechon na!

    One side lang po dapat yung uling ninong and nasa gilid lang po dapat. Tapos sa pagluto po dapat is ikot lang ng ikot wag po yung binababad sa init ang isang side kasi nangyayari nag bibuild po yung heat at lumolobo at yun ang dahilan bat napupunit ang balat.

    Samin, pinapahid sa lechon ay allied na toyo. Tapos sa loob ng baboy, may tanglad, bawang, onion, bay leaves,paminta bell pepper. Tapos yung iba nilalagyan ng protina sa loob para maisabay ng pagluto. Plus nilagyan din ng "allied" ang loob, bale parang toyo sya.

    Nong sa lechon una dapat painting uling tas gitna muna den pag uminit na ng todo spread na and then yung lechon after 30mins ibaba niyo yung taas niya hanggang sa maluto na, mas napabioid sana by 2-3hours lang sana yan ket magulang na baboy.

    Now ko lang napanood. Pag sa probinsya marami kming native na baboy kahit simpleng occasion laging nag kakatay at lechon. Pag nag lelechon kmi ung baga nasa kabilaang side lng ng baboy pag kc sa gitna masisira talaga ung balat kc naka concentrate ung init sa gitna ng baboy at hindi balance ang pag kaka luto .then bago ilichon pinapahiran na namin nang kung anong ipapahid coke or toyo na may halo depende at pag natuyo na papahiran ulit para lumutong ang balat. Di man ako expert pero ilang beses nakong naging taga pihit ng lechon salitan kming mag pipinsan😂

    Ninong sa gilid lang po yung mga baga ng lichon pwde po pagsabayin yung luto ng laman sa balat ninong kayang kaya po lutuin within 2hrs yan ninong tyaka para po lahat po malutong sa kanya...     Tinumis- usually laman ng baboy, ang pampaasim ay bunga at dahon ng sampalok at merong sitaw, bagay sa kanin at hindi sa puto
    Dinuguan- ang pampaasim ay suka, dyan nang gagaling ang masarap na smoky flavor ng dinuguan, walang gulay at bagay sa puto.

    Ninong idol! Nakita ko pano dito niluluto ang baboy ramo sa Mindanao. Pwede naman daw lechon. Adobo ang the best tapos pripritohin ang adobong ramo. Ang balat at laman kase ng ramo is makunat kaya dapat daw sa lechon parang baka nasa apoy lang siya habang kinakain.

    Sinampalukan na baboy ramo po ang huli ko na natikman sa Nueva Ecija 12 years ago. Matagal lang po talaga na palambutin ang laman (6-8 hours) pero panalo sa lasa. 👌

    Relate ako sayo ninong Ry nong New year kasi nagluto akong igado para ma try ng Mom in law ko, nagkamali ako ginawa ko nalng menudo. 😂mahirap talaga i lechon yang wild boar kasi manipis balat at wala masyadong taba, na try namin yan noon palpak din kahit mang lelechon tito namin. 😂

    Makunat po talaga ang balat ng baboy ramo. Kami nung nakaraang xmas nagpa lechon din ng half breed 7 months old siguro kasing laki ng sainyo pero matigas pa din pero nakakain pa naman at masarap. Sabi ng naglelechon 3-4 months lang daw dapat. Pero talagang masarap yung laman tapos yung taba niya parang creamy.

      Yung samin naman yung uling namin nasa gilid para maluto ng mabuti, kapag kasi nasa gitna yung uling mahahangin yung init nya kaya hindi balance yung pagkaluto
