Dear Sir, heart attack is a medical emergency. There are several good advices in your video for the laymen in medical field but there are severe mistakes also ! No one should commence CPR without proper training and don't start CPR if victim is 'only unconscious' . You should check breathing and carotid pulse first. If there is no breathing and pulse then you may start CPR. Send the Victim hospital as soon as possible.
