Combo it with flash not make it more useful anyway, because it very high chance you can hit it without cancle animation by simply: wait for enemy engage on you -> cast ult -> flash away. Same with W.
I'm a jinx main, i rather find this difficult. But i do have another combo for jinx ult. When snowballing or something like poking low health enemies, do use your zap all the time, after zapping enemy they're extremely slow and they're vulnerable to your ult.

Why on earth do we need to press S. the moment you press E your character turns and stops anyway. I play this game since s1, i have never heard of any combo that only works when you press S first.
@Reni3r your character will still move to the location you previously selected to walk to, ending the animation early (which lasts longer than it takes to move again after E) and causing Jinx R to not be masked anymore. Stopping all movement with S is likely the best way to do this.

She makes a noise/says a line, don't really remember what she says, so the sound gives it away before she actually ults. Jinx ult is the most predictable or maybe I just played her so much I can predict when others should ult me for best dps. Wanna hit your ult? Wait as long as possible, yes it's tantalising to blast people away, let them flash/go to brush to recall, go out of vision and you should hit them, most players are looking elsewhere while recalling or shopping. Oh and if they have flash, never aim where are, always aim to the sides. Flashing into Jinx ult is quite tilting
Am i being bad for thinking that in a teamfight clusterduck i really don't have time to notice 3 frames of animation anyway? Can be useful in lane i guess but laning phase is also over once both lane hits 6 anyway.
The overgeneralizing here... Saying every lane ends at lv 6? Some lannes get started at level 6, and steadily gain a ln edge. (Ezreal comes to mind) For something lanes even, playing non-interaction... (Sivir Cait) I'd say the laning would only really end for fighting duos (Draven and such)
Noticing and being able to take advantage of frames is incredibly important (just look at the smash/melee/brawl scene. Playing your champion enough to know how long your abilities take to activate and to connect and to combo together... Lower elo players will spam their abilities and team fights, only to realize that they were standing in place using other abilities while other players were using their abilities more wisely. You will have less frustration, Knowing forehand how much damage you can push out and how much The opponent might damage you at the same time.

Specially since competitive smash is no items 1v1 environements Comparison might be valid if competitive smash was like 2v2 with full items on modulating stages which would make frame perfect executions a lot more "interesting". An example from my point of view would be, I'm level one... If me and the opponent were to engage each other... I can calculate second by second our maximum output, your attack speed/ability to utilize the spaces between to mix in your skill(s) and or keystone. Damage foresight can save you more than good mechanics. (Definitely a GG fan, can't say I'm good at it though 😂)
Probably important to note that this is an exploit, using it in a game can and will get you banned if you get caught. Don't know why you left out that little tidbit of information.

That's not how ping works. Your button sequence hits the server the same, you just have more delay in what you get back after pressin the combo.
