Kojo, I am very tempted to want to relocate there. How far is bus/train station? Are there any lakes nearby? Are shops close? Thanks for the apartment tour! Taras from the US.
@@TarasZpilot Poland is walk orientated so there is always shops in 10minutes walk distance (in most cases) Check Google maps for Lakes and other stuff but most likely it will be a bit far
@tomaszkmiotek239 What you say is true. However, for a similar unit in a prime place in the United States, you'd likely pay at least three times that amount.
Yes, everything is fine when you compare the Polish standard with the US, but there is one problem, in Poland there are no American salaries, only Polish salaries, and the real average salary is about 4 thousand zlotys, not dollars. So with an American salary, life in Poland is attractive and pleasant.
Wow ❤ OMG You look amazing who are you 😍😊 TH-cam algorithm randomly crossed our paths 🥰😜when I was doing a search about Poland. Actually I wanted to travel to Berlin from here San Diego, Cali and do a side trip to Wroclaw. Have you been there? 😊
@@semprefidelis76 Regarding being to the Polish city of Wroclaw, none of the members of the team has actually visited that place. We hear it is very beautiful and hope to visit the city one of these days.
That's not cheap at all if you are earning a polish salary. If you have a way to work remotely for a foreign company and live here then I understand it can be cheap.
You're absolutely right about that! The cost of living in Poland can feel very different depending on where your income comes from. For someone earning a local Polish salary, it might not seem as affordable. However, if you’re working remotely for a foreign company or earning in a stronger currency, it can make a big difference. That said, thanks for sharing that perspective!
In most cases you take lease for a year and in most cases without change of the price inbetween, sometimes it might be longer or might have the option to change the price midway

@@frankgradus9474 no its not, its laughable here.
I pay 1400 for a two bedroom here in Texas but for cooler weather and no crime sounds likely it’s worth it…
remember that houses in america are like 4 times bigger in general
it is rather big price for aa apartment in Poland. 5000 złotych - it is more than minimum wage (netto of course).

Please compare incomes for houses. 5k$ is same as 5k PLN if you work in same country. If you work abroad then sure you can earn 4x more or 4x less

You're very right about that.
So what your saying is have enough investments to pay you passive income and move over there and chill

It maybe costs about 15tk per m2 to buy. I think rent price is reasonable given the cost of apartments.

very good offer when most of people earns a month less than 800 US dollars :)
Talk about lease agreement. How long is price good for or is it just introductory price.
Can you please rephrase your question? We're finding it a bit challenging understanding it properly. Thanks.
