The Harm Reduction Center & Outreach aid clients that are suffering from drug addiction and other forms of chemical dependencies. The program has built a team of peer support and recovery specialists. As Certified Peer Recovery Coaches, they take pride in their ability to assist those in need by providing guidance into the many pathways of recovery available. The program is completely free of charge to clients and is participant centered. Needs are met through needle exchange, harm reduction education, medical care, HIV/HepC testing, case management and recovery coaching.
