വീണാ ഞാൻ രേഖ. njan മൂന്നു ദിവസം അച്ചാർ ഇട്ടു. ഇന്നലെ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയ അച്ചാർ സൂപ്പർ ആയിരുന്നു മസാലയൊക്കെ ശരിക്കും കൃത്യമായിരുന്നു എന്തൊരഭിമാനമാണെന്നോ ഇപ്പോൾ. ഒരു കുഞ്ഞു കുപ്പി കക്ക അച്ചാർ 150 രൂപയ്ക്കാണ് ഞാൻ എന്റെ മോൾക്ക് വാങ്ങി കൊടുത്തയച്ചത്. അതും വിനാഗിരിയുടെ കുത്തു മാത്രം മുന്നിൽ നിൽക്കുന്ന ടേസ്റ്റ് ഉള്ളത്. ഇനിയിപ്പോ ഏതു തരം അച്ചാർ വേണമെങ്കിലും ഇടാം എന്ന കോൺഫിഡൻസ് ഉണ്ട്. ഒരുപാട് റെസിപ്പികൾ ഇടാൻ തോന്നണേ എന്ന് പ്രാർത്ഥിക്കുന്നു

Hello Veena, I made this pickle today with Veloori. (ivide mathi kittilla. Veloori thanne frozen aanu :( Mathide expected taste aayonnu ariyilla. But it tasted so good. Especially the long slit fried chillies okke. Preserve cheyyendi varilla. 2 days il theernnolum. Thanks much for this. :)
