I agree, however, I don't know if Stereotypical William would remember. That Broken! William added drugs to his coffee, which can seriously damage his memory. So, he might not remember what happened, and would probably blame "Noah" for what happened, since his family would insist it was him, so I doubt he would do further investigation since he would trust his family.
I feel bad for "Noah", he did nothing at all ☹️
I love Williams work so much he is a master mind
About all of William's aus say/do this:
"I always come back"
So Stereotypical William will probably survive, tell what happened but by then they won't be able to go back to the broken au while Noah leaves the home forever until S.Micheal finds his Noah. While in the broken universe, Mrs. Afton + Jennifer knows the truth of what William did to S. William
I kinda have a similar idea as you, but different. Yes, Stereo William might live, but I don't think he would remember what exactly happened. Broken! William added some sort of drug into his caffeine, of course drugs can mess with your memory and cause many other negative side effects (obviously). Coffee itself can make one hyper, imagine what drugs can do to the consumer, if it was mixed in the coffee. So, for all we know, he might believe it was "Noah" who did this to him.
"Noah" would leave home, but if the Aftons learn through some means that he was innocent, Mike would try to find him, but I don't know if their relationship could ever heal (trust is one of the main building blocks of a romantic relationship, and Mike not trusting "Noah" when he pleaded he was innocent, telling him he would break-up with him, would have dismantled the already unhealthy relationship).
Of course, in the Broken! AU, the Aftons are probably aware it was William. But I doubt they would do much about it. William is already way too evil. He killed his own daughter (Vanessa), willingly cheated, has little regret for the murders; so I doubt killing a guest and framing it on another one would do much to trigger them. In fact, the Broken! Aftons might envy the Stereotypical versions because on how they (stereotypical AU) too were a horrible family in the past, but they got a second chance and restarted to be a better family (while the Broken! AU will never see their Mike again and is failing to be a better family).
He says they won't remember...but I bet they will!(I Mean it's more drama...)
Same, I hope they will remember their meeting with the Broken! AU. But I hope Stereo William doesn't remember what exactly happened (remember Broken! William put some sort of drug or an unusual substance in his coffee), so his memories of what happened might be foggy, so for all we know, he might think it was "Noah" who attacked him, since his family insist it was him. That would create a lot of drama. "Noah" and Mike would break up.

I feel you. "Noah" was just a terrible excuse made to "legitimize" the shipping between Ennard and Michael (the worst ship ever IMO). Plus, that relationship was toxic on so many levels. Not only is Stereotypical Mike dating the one who killed him and wore his corpse as a suit to escape, but also the one who made him unable to eat or drink ever again (in these old AUs, Mike couldn't eat anything or drink even after the Afton reunion). He even has to keep going INSIDE his body to keep him from rotting, he can even read his thoughts-- how more uncomfortable can this ship get? So him being blamed for this, being outcasted by the Aftons and the breaking-up of this toxic relationship made me grin so bad.

@@void_summoner_89 Can't say for sure, it was quite trending in the Gacha community in the 2019-2020's. Someone made an AU, and many people began adopting this AU, believing it to be canon, and made their AUs completely based on this AU. Hence the name, the "stereotypical AU".
