Sounds interesting but not sure it is good to do, especially for items with watchers. Though, all the brick and mortar stores do the exact same practice. For example, the store manager purchases 100,000 designer shirts for $2.00 each; they sell to you for $100.00; then they have a "black friday sale" and mark it at 60% off. This is the exact same principle. All the stores do this, as they understand consumer behaviour.

@@newtongirl2430 no. Don’t worry about that. Not that I’m aware of. They get notified of a sale. But an increase. And if they did oh well, other buyers who just now find it will buy it
I did this last night and already ran into a problem. Listed 51 items and for some reason on a few of them, the original price did not change. I figured it out this morning because someone sent me an offer for $63 on a $150 item that was supposed to be set at $300 and then marked down 50%. That’s when I realized the item was listed with an original price of $150 and sale price of $75. I’m still not sure as to why those items prices didn’t get doubled. Probably operator error. Has anyone else had this issue?
Hints & Tips: The word you're looking for is "responsively" not "respectfully" when referring to the order of things. Also, "ad nauseam" is a Latin phrase that means something that's been discussed over and over, not at nauseam although it may seem like it makes you nauseous. It's a different word.
If you have sneakers that you don't want to have to authenticated, would doubling the price trigger the authentication process or does the sale price trigger it. I'm not selling fake shoes but I've heard a lot of complaints about the wait time and if you miss one little thing, eBay can reject them. Since I don't have a lot of money invested in the shoes, it doesn't hurt to sell them under $75. Thanks for the help.
Can someone here help me with a question I have? I'm sure I'm doing something wrong. When I look up my item screen that a buyer would see, the shipping says $7 something, BUT when I made my listing I used my eBay savings amount for the buyer. Are you doing calculated? And what do you mean you used the "ebay savings amount" for the buyer. you either selected free, calculated or flat rate... no clue what an "ebay saving amount" is
@@RockstarFlipper eBay gives sellers a discount on shipping, and the option to pass it on to the buyers. I do calculated shipping. Shipping is based on their zone of course.
