This one must push up against my old programming. I listened for two nights and each morning has been hard to come back into my body. As I integrate my energy back into my body after sleep or meditation I feel a jarring confusion with my physical reality energy body. I take this as a sign to keep reprogramming until its not so uncomfortable to come back.
