We do practical stuff and then a couple of treats. Socks, pens, crayons and hot wheels (for the youngest ), self care like toothbrush and mini lotions and a then few treats like cookies and that plastic candy cane thing that has candy in it.
I always got the gold chocolate coins in my stocking and I do this for my daughter too. Also, yes I've heard of putting an orange in the stocking but personally never got one. And yes to toothbrushes! I do this too 😅
Yes to chocolate coins! I’ve always put them in. This year I went to Walmart and got some but when I got up to the register they rang up for $7. I was like, um, nope. 😂 So I asked the lady to take them off. So this is the first year we haven’t had chocolate coins. I’m sure I could have found them somewhere else for a $1 but we’ve been so busy, I just haven’t looked or thought about it really.
My mom used to give me an orange, banana, and pear. My siblings got an apple but I didnt like apples. I make sure we have those on hand for Christmas Day but I don’t put them in the stocking
Great video!!! Merry Christmas to you and your family. My kids love pickles, too. My daughter will drink the juice to the pickles. My kids, however, won't eat rich chocolates like Gheridelli, Lindt, or Lindor chocolates. We do more things like fidgets, toys, small stuffed animals, games, hygiene items, electronics, needed items, activity/stem/crafting items, jewelry, requested items, hobby items, school supplies, sports items, gift cards, etc. They do get a little bit of candy/sweets, but most food is in their Christmas Eve boxes, or I buy it for the family.
That’s scary. I was thinking the little dachshund ate it. I had one for 16 years he once got 1/2 a butterfinger out of my daughter’s college bag. I had to rush him to the hospital he was dying from the chocolate. They made his throw up and he was fine. Those little dogs are cute as can be but sneaky when it comes to food. Also guard their backs. Once their back goes they ate toast.
We do what we call Santa sacks.
You can get whatever size sack you want.
But the bigger the sack then the more stuff they get.😊
Ooooo Santa Sacks! That sounds fun! My kids would pick the biggest size possible! 😅😂

She’s the cutest!! ❤️
As a kid got an apple, orange and nuts along with candy. I think that was pretty common back then
That little elf definitely took that chocolate bar! I’m convinced
Me too! Cause I mean… what other explanation is there! 😅
My boys get a terrys chocolate orange, chocolate coins, haribo, new toothbrush and toothpaste, new pants and socks and a few little toys.
