Cass, you need to SELL these pajamas!! They would sell OUT!! All the crazy pajamas and Christmas T-shirts. ALL OF IT!! 🤪🤪🤪 Not joking, it would pay for your kids' college tuition. DO IT!!! 🥰🥰🥰
My daughter has lost over 50 pounds so far with NOOM. It truly changed her habits and the way she dealt with food. The group sessions online were excellent along with her counselors. I told her, its not live to eat, but eat to live. I really appreciate this program because of her changes.
@@thebreakofdawnzinaz2898 Sadly this is NOT common for MANY! My husband feels I KNOW more what to do with our daughters things, holidays etc He is partially right… he offers to just carry and move things My dad didn’t do ANY of that stuff… old school, he worked she took care of kids and home.
I decluttered my kitchen with my baby granddaughter. I didn't know it was body-doubling. I'm serious. I sat her in a jumper and gave her a different toy or snack while we "chatted". We did this off and on for a couple of hours. She was happy and Grammie got so much accomplished.
I wonder if cats count. I was working in the kitchen doing what was necessary to find the counter and going through the cabinets to make room for the counter stuff that had no home. Tossing trash and putting some things in the pantry or elsewhere to didn't need to be in the kitchen just yet or were seldom used, or to the donate box. They would check my progress continually. I would shoo them off, but they were back again. I did have a lot of success. So maybe cats count, too.
When I was growing up, I would always want my mom in the room with me when I needed to clean up or organize. She didn't really do anything other than just be in the room with me. It always helped. Now I know what that is called--body doubling.
I would have gotten so much accomplished if my mom had done this for me. I make sure I try to be available for my son because I know it helps. He doesn't get it yet but he's starting to.
Your videos are essentially my body double. I need background noise to clean and having someone who is giving cleaning advice in the background is so helpful
Oh my gosh! I soooo appreciate discussing your ADHD diagnoses and how that affects the decluttering and organizing. I have ADHD and it’s been years of learning about organization and then unlearning the stuff that just doesnt work for my ADHD. I loved how you mentioned body doubling and how the process of decluttering itself can be different for folks with ADHD. Please do more ADHD-related content!
@@helsheubner6414 I like to start with trash. Packacking. Things that I thought I would repair, but looking at it now I know I won't. Then some things that you know you will be able to part with. Especially if they are bigger (if you can get to it, otherwise they will wait until you dig it out). Try breaking it down into tiny projects. Perhaps there's a box of clothes you shoved in there. Try them on. If they don't fit, you can take it to somewhere it can be used. That gets the first box out and you have gotten rid of clothes you won't wear anyway. Perhaps some decor you weren't ready to let go of at the time, but since your style changed and now you are. Stuff like that. Just scan for something you can reach and are ready to part with. Once you've started momentum will come. Maybe it's something as simple as some items that belong in other places in your home that you shoved in there during a tidy.
OMG this is the very first time I've heard of "body-doubling". That explains so much why I love putting on long TH-cam cleaning videos while I'm cleaning, where the person is just cleaning and chitchatting away. I feel like someone is in the room with me and I'm more focused and have more motivation.
I was thinking the same thing! If I'm on the phone with someone who is going to be "chatty Cathy" I have to clean, sort, anything but sit and talk. Now I constantly have a podcast or TH-cam video on while I clean....we've found what works for us!
I agree!! I especially love how some have linked several together so you can watch hours with one video. Especially since each time I’d have to search for a new one it was a distraction 🐿 😆
I have no doubt they slept very well that night and all nights since that declutter and organize day. What a wonderful gift they gave to themselves to get this done.
Oh, I love it! 😍 I could never go without lids for the bins, though. I live in Florida and it doesn't matter how clean your house is, there will be bugs, especially in the garage (we don't have basements here). 😬 Also, with all the humidity and rain we get, I'd be worried all that nicely organized stuff would get ruined. I do use clear bins so I can see what's inside.
I was thinking to myself, it's all well and good to keep the lids off of things you know are going to be added to often, but that very full plushie bin without a lid is just asking for bugs to move in 😰Really, anything that isn't added to often should probably have a lid. And things that ARE added to often, could still have a lid, just sitting unsecured on top, so you just lift and toss instead of plain old toss. Would still keep the dust out! Admittedly, I imagine that it's a lot easier to get a kid not to completely latch the lid if the lid isn't there to be latched. Depends on the kid, I suppose!
Our problem is mice! I would never have a bin without a lid. And I found out the hard way it can't be just any lid, either, because the mouse excrement gets into the smallest of cracks.
I have a friend that comes over to sit while I clean because she helps me stay on task since I also have ADHD. I had no idea it was a thing!! I’m excited to know I’m not the only one that needs help in areas that others don’t. Thank you so much for being so transparent with your diagnosis. It really is helping me!
My mom never understood why she needed to sit next to me when I was cleaning or doing school work, claiming that all it was doing was wasting her time because she wasn't off in another room doing her own stuff - this is exactly why she needed to be in the room with me.
Though I didn't know the term (body doubling) at the time, I now realize that during my school-age years, my mom and I were body doubling for each other! When I was doing my homework after school/dinner, if I was off in my room or the living room by myself, I'd get distracted or off track. So we'd sit at the dining table together. It helped me stay focused (and have help nearby if I had questions about my schoolwork). She was a teacher and she'd grade papers or work on lesson plans, and I think it helped keep her company. In some weird way, it was good quality time for us, even though it wasn't very social.
My Body Double was my Best Friend 13 year old Maximus. Maxi was a Shiba Inu and the best body double anyone you ask for. He and I had so much fun decluttering and organizing, talking, sharing snacks and playing with what we find. He left a huge hole in my life when he passed away last year. Now I listen to Dr Wayne Dyer while I am decluttering or you on you tube. Thank you for sharing 👍👍 Stay safe healthy and happy ✝️🇺🇸❤️
I got all the good fuzzy feelings when Cas and Amy were relating about ADHD-stuff ❤I'm recently diagnosed too (is a year ago recently? lol), and talking with other people with ADHD and sharing experiences can be super exciting. It's like, "Omg you do this very specific thing too?? No way, I thought I was the only one!"😂
I am in the process of decluttering and simplifying my house and what helps me most is body doubling from listening to decluttering and organization videos like this. Thanks for the great content, inspiration and motivation!
"A thought falls out of my face" HAHAHAHAHAHA Cass, you are the most real person I have ever met(it's like we've met anyway). I love your videos. Now I'm going to get in that mess of a room and pack up Christmas decor.
😂😂 this is the 3rd video of yours I’m playing while I’m finally organizing my craft closet and I had no idea until now that I body double with your videos ALL the time! It’s literally the only way I ever get anything done. I believe I’m undiagnosed adhd and I love hearing all your tips and things you go through ❤️
Cassandra, I love these videos. You provide great (realistic) advice. I have binge watched so many of your videos sice coming avross your channel. Thanks for being relatable and inspiring 😊
This video is EXACTLY what I’ve been looking for! My basement is basically like this but on a grander scale. Things from my moms house, things that I need to look through but haven’t got through, sentimental items, etc. My husband and I both keep intense schedules and barely get time to ourselves so this is extremely motivating, eye opening, and hopefully what will help me get my basement (family but currently storage room) in check. Thank you Matt, Amy, and Cas for this! I cannot tell you how much I appreciate it!
I had a hard time wanting to take on my basement, so I went through categories of items like Marie Kondo advises. First I went through all of my old clothing, then all of my old teaching materials, then seasonal decor. After that, there were just a few random things left. I brought everything upstairs, a few boxes at a time, to sort through because I don’t like being in the basement, and it was almost all going to be leaving the house anyway.
@@tgayer1 same with me I don’t like being in the basement. Even when I moved in I wasn’t fond of the space and now I just completely avoid it except for when I’m doing laundry. I have ADHD and OCD so I’ve been trying the Marie Kondo method (I even have the book and have read it) but it gets hard because if my high sense of sentimentality doesn’t get in the way, the OCD does. It’s like a walking contradiction… which makes me only want to give up quicker. I decided though that this coming weekend I’m going to buy 3 totes- one for keep, one for donate, and one for unsure. Then go through one box at a time while sitting upstairs and go from there.
I agree with @tgayer1, take it in small chunks. Either just a couple of boxes/bags/piles or 30 mins at a time. The point is that whatever you decide is leaving the house you take action on right then. Especially the donations, put them in your car as soon as you are done for that session and drop them off within 3 days or schedule a pick-up for the big stuff asap if you have the option in your area. That works for me, at first it will feel like you're not doing enough but you'll get there... as long as you're not bringing more stuff in. Even if you have to take a break for whatever reason you'll be able to notice the difference.
In watching this video, it fits our house perfect! When. I view all that needs to be done I freeze and do nothing. We had a family tragedy and I believe we tried to buy our happiness, and now there is so much "stuff" everywhere it is overwhelming ! I hope watching your videos will inspire! Thankyou.
Yes - I can absolutely relate to the connection between holding on to Stuff as a coping mechanism for Grief/loss/tragedy. I'm a few months in to my decluttering journey, and can say that it is hard. But possible. And YESSSSSS - keep watching Cass's videos!!! BTW, I came here to recommend a few other fantastic TH-camrs for you, only to find that 2 of them have already been suggested here!!! (Dana K White of "a Slob Comes Clean," and Dawn "the Minimal Mom") PLUS two others who I find very helpful: Kallie of "But First Coffee," and the one I think will really resonate with your situation, Marissa of "A to Zen Life" (she talks about her sentimental attachment due to difficult childhood and loss of a parent at a young age). All 4 of these lovely ladies talk about where/how to begin when you're overwhelmed, have different approaches for different mindsets or stages of life, or different scenarios. I have found great inspiration, as have many others. YOU CAN DO THIS! The hardest part is starting.
I'm down to six boxes of clutter. No where to put sewing and craft supplies (as partner is hoarder) but am sure don't need everything. Last year cleaned out attic, sanitzied, re-insulated and only put back what I really needed for home and seasonal (all organized). It seemed as if the attic breathed a sigh of relief. Everytime look at attic it is amazing. Such a great feeling.
It's really brave of people when they let someone else in to help them out. Great respect for the clients. Their place is amazing. Great job done by Miss clutterbug. I love her 😍
I love your last part of the video at the end clips. They're almost as good as the main part of your content. You're funny! And I love learning your tips and I love your enthusiasm! Thank you for the inspiration and the laughs.
I would definitely put the lids on those. It’s a basement, there’s dust and bugs and stuff down there I’m sure. Especially the memory boxes. That stuff is priceless.
I’ve done body doubling for years with my daughter but we didn’t realize what we were doing. She definitely needs someone with her to help her focus. Thank you for giving us the name for it and helping me understand why it works!
Cass, your humor ritually makes me laugh out loud!!! Your in-laws are blessed to have such a fabulous family memeber!!! I think it would be next to impossible to ever stay upset with you!!!
I tend to be a little “proper” sometimes, but it’s honestly out of fear (because of how I was raised). I have friends who are like you and they are my “safe space” to just be zany and ridiculous! I love it! You be you, Cass!❤️❤️❤️
It’s a funny coincidence that I watched this today, when just last night my daughter & I were talking about how we couldn’t LIVE without finding moments to be crazy!! 🤣
Cas, you have changed my life! I have been binge watching your show, your channels, your podcasts....everything! I am a cricket living with my husband and two young boys who are absolute butterflies. I've never been more motivated and excited to declutter and maintain my household! Thank you for being unapologetically you! I, too, am a twelve year old boy at heart (which works, since I teach middle school English in CA), so I know what you mean about being completely inappropriate! Thank you for giving me the confidence and self-worth to not give up but rather to work to be happy with myself and my home. My husband and kids have never been this proud of me!
Cass, I can’t believe there is a technique for the thing I have needed my whole life! Body doubling. I can recall begging for company while trying to clean my giant mess of a room as a small child. Today this technique has really helped me get my home under control. I never learned how to do what always seemed so easy for everyone else until I studied you, Dana, and Dawn. Virtual body doubling also helped me streamline. I feel I may truly have undiagnosed ADHD. My floors, cabinets, closets, and surfaces thank you. Lol. Also- I am also impulsive with my low brow humor. We need a little spice in our lives.
And you made it so fun and engaging and rewarding for the kids, without treating them like babies! They had autonomy and praise and choice... Cass and Stella did so great, and helped each other, and you were so great with them!!!!!!
Love your work, Cas! You are such an inspiration. I have not been diagnosed, but I have a problem with focus, procrastination, and getting overwhelmed. Thank you for all that you do. Thank you too to the lovely couple who opened up their home and shared their process.
Love these videos! They actually motivate me to get off my butt and do something - even if it’s a small thing, because five minutes does matter! Thank you.
This is an amazing transformation! I would love to get my “Monica closet” room tackled after this lol It’s my craft room that has become the hide it zone lol.
Body doubled yesterday. Worked on the shop while I was on the Phone with my sister in another state. Before that would have been distracting. But we were both organizing so it was amazing, got so much done.
I am a cricket! But I have to say, I LOVE lids, and I use them for everything. Keeps dirt, dust, and critters OUT. Having a ladybug police bf, Mr. Ultra Organized, I have also learned this from him. Lids also take 1 second to take off, and put back on. And, where you put the seasonal/holiday decor, I would have moved all of that to another area out of sight so you can have that space for more storage. We do a Prepper Pantry in OUR basement - enough food/drinks/supplies for 100 days at a time! But, I am SO proud of this couple, and their basement!
Hello from Australia! You're inspiring and amazing and I'm so grateful for you. As for being inappropriate, it's so much freedom! My very polite gentleman dad had a stroke in 2020 and his frontal lobe has been affected. It means he's extra sweet and emotional, and sometimes inappropriate 🤣 even my mum who is also shy and polite can have a laugh when dad says something a bit out there. It's wonderful.
Wow the transformation is amazing!🌟💛🤗💛🌟P.S. A few years ago, on Halloween day, I decided to go to work and on the bus disguised as a wicked🧙 witch. When I got on the bus, I looked at the driver and started making loud witch sounds...Everybody laughed and it was so much fun to let loose my inner rascal self!
This video is completely for me!!! I sent you a short video and ics of my basement before. Remember when you went to New York and called out for some projects you could do from apartment.....I was rejected because my room was too overwhelming i think! LOL This is my storage area..... but even bigger! including desks, sewing machine food shelf! It's really 2 rooms! Showing me how to get through it is huge!! exactly whatI've been waiting for in a video! Thanks Cas!! I'll let you know how it goes!!
I had a bad experience with a body double. SHE decided what I should throw out and bullied me or just plain ignored me if I tried to say otherwise. It wasn’t tough love; she was just really bossy! She also burned all my candles at the same time while we were decluttering, which I thought was just plain wasteful. Maybe this time I’ll try a video as a body double.
I had a friend I used to just call & We'd both clean our houses at the same time; it was so productive. I didn't know it was body doubling, but I really need to find another friend like that again... (LOL) whenever she got on the phone & I'd hear her cleaning, I just couldn't stay sitting, so I start cleaning too. That's how it started, & we did that for several yrs, until she moved & the long distance calls were killing our budgets. Maybe you have somebody you can call & talk to & become cleaning buddies like that?
@@timekabolden5309 unfortunately we lost touch & she's moved a few times, so I no longer have contact info for her; otherwise, I'd have totally been calling her when I got unlimited calls & texts a long time ago 😢 Sadly, I wouldn't need to declutter my house if I wouldn't have lost touch bc she was such a driving force for motivation... I need to find another friend like that.
Oh my! I just did double body this past weekend and didn't even realized. My sibling and I did our elderly bedroom. I did one portion of the room and my sibling did the other part of the room.. We can walk into the room and not stump our toes. 🥳
I love the body doubling idea. Makes sense why my daughter wants me to sit with her while she picks up. I am so happy for this couple… I could feel the stress lift off of them. Thanks for all the great ideas!
I was not diagnosed until I was 32. I see that happening more and more where people are not getting correctly diagnosed until later in life. I consider it a blessing. Because there are some strengths to ADHD.
After watching this video I leapt up, decluttered a dozen books, and swapped a wire shelving unit in my bedroom with a wooden bookcase in my TV room. Thanks, Cas!
I love you and your videos Cas! Your end stories are always the greatest. You inspire me to let go, organize and laugh. Ever considered being a comedian on the side? I would definitely come see you. Never quit organizing videos though! Your my main gal on that. You have taught me so much and I thank you for that. 💞🐝
I am a ladybug. I see those chairs, I want them. But have no place for them . My hidden shame rotates around between my room, my shed, and my closets. Crazy relatable
The TYHB group is a great motivator. I especially love the live ADD I highly recommended your course. You can replay them too but the live ones help me out so much. ❤ thanks to Cas, Dawn and Dana. You ladies have helped me to heal.
I love the idea of doing solid containers as the first thing you see & clear for the other areas! Never thought to do it that way before, but I think it would work well for my organizing style.
11:00 I'm glad you say it's important to have a dedicated memories center. Sometimes I watch these minimalist videos and they talk about just taking a picture. I believe you have to keep it until you're ready to release it.
Yes I love throwing in something funny and it usually is something shocking 😅! On the Myers Brigg personality test I am an ENFJ and these people tend to be quick witted especially when the environment is so stall or boring 😴 they like to lively things up! Truly think this video is the best storage room declutter I have seen Cas! Really inspiring! Just started your 30 day declutter challenge and it's going brilliantly 👏 thank you! Even the hubby is noticing a difference! He has ADHD as well and shoved things and then gets overwhelmed with looking or thinking about it.
Body double!!! 100% yes!! I literally turn on one of your videos and just let it play while I declutter. I just found you about a month ago and I have now decluttered all but 2 rooms in my home and everything is staying neat, clean and put away. I owe it all to you!!! 🤗
I absolutely adore you! Tinsel T*ts pjs are perfection, I’m going for it. I’m the one in the family that always says, out loud, what everyone is thinking! It just comes out, my da told me I’ve been this way since I could speak. So that’s 50+ yrs of me just saying it. 😂😂😂 at least they all know that I really do love them when I say ‘I love you!’ 😳🤦♀️
Video was great. Thank you to the family that shared their home with us. I have had lots of spaces like this over the years the random catch-all spots. This video was great about how to address it and organize it well done!
I've just decluttered my whole house, including attic and garden. I've never felt more breathable. I can now clean with no cluttered cupboards and everything has a home now. It's mind freeing x
Good morning Cas. Great makeover!! Absolutely perfect. It's inspiring what you can do with a messy cluttered space. Thanks for sharing and Happy New Year!! Your sense of aesthetics and design is impeccable. Have a great day, and of course don't forget to take some time for yourself today. 🌼🌹
You need to patent and sell those pjs! Everyone needs a little naughty to go with their nice. You could call the pajamas, “naughty pajamas for nice people” lol
Oh gosh Cass... first off, this transformation is EVERYTHING I needed. My house is so cluttered it gives me anxiety (physically) so this was super helpful to see. Actually, everything you do is super helpful for me. It feels less overwhelming. I feel like we would be friends. I'm always spitting out inappropriate things. I have the sense of humor of a 10 year old boy, which my 4 and 5 year olds LOVE! I also have ADHD and it's like your thoughts just spit out of your mouth without your brain processing it. It's gotten me into trouble a few times but you know what, life is short! Everyone secretly has a little freak inside of them. It's just if they are confident enough to let it out without feeling judged. Love ya girl!
I love that this is a $0 makeover I definitely think you should do more of these Cas where you just use whatever the heck is in people's homes. I remember there used to be a show called freestyle where they would come in and redesign somebody's room but they literally would just use pieces they already owned in their house so they weren't spending any money. I thought it was so cool how they can reimagine different spaces just using what they already had.
After covid I think we are all a lil wound too tight & need to loosen up! Good in you for bringing joy!! Thanks for this vid, now I know I need someone to help me declutter.
The thing I find the hardest with decluttering is getting all the stuff out of the home. You can only put out so much trash and recycle each week and you can only put so many donations in your car at a time. It takes longer to get rid of the stuff than it does to clean it out in the first place and if anyone in my family sees what’s going out a significant amount of it ended up back in the house.
It might be helpful to only declutter one room or zone the day before garbage/recycling day, so that way it is out to the curb right away. Also, if you only do one room or zone at time, the donations won't be overwhelming and you can do a drop off next time you go out to run errands or pick up groceries.
There are some charities that will pick up with a truck. Disabled Veterans do if you call. My local Catholic charity will if you call and say you have a lot. Call around.
I didn't recognize it before, but 7:02 I find the concept of "body double " / having someone else around so beneficial at times. Sometimes I put the laundry on the bed and it stays there all-day till my husband comes home and somehow when he's there and we're chatting I get it done. Sometimes when I iron clothes and my mom and I are in the room together it helps. Thanks for sharing this with us. It helps to know that it's a part of my process and I can use it to my advantage to get things done instead of feeling overwhelmed that others are seeing my mess. This is a game changer 🙌🏾 I even feel that I won't even feel angry if my husband isn't helping. It's so freeing.
Wow that is an amazing organization you did. Thank you for sharing. I enjoy watching your videos, it always gives me motivation every time I watch you video. Aloha and thank you.🤙
I really like that yall are filming in socks😆so tired of tv people standing in their street shoes on a light colored carpet in like a nursery😵💫 where the baby will sit and crawl.
Inappropriate is my favorite way to be. I am so lucky to have friends who are like me and accept who I am. I am able to engage the filter when needed, but I fly that freak flag high and with pride. I tell people who I am, to avoid shocked surprises, and because I like who I am in many ways. Yes, there are parts of me that I do not like and that are a huge part of my mental health fight right now, but being able to just say what I want without fear of being judged by the people I care about, is the best thing I have in my life.
Cass, just love watching you do your magic. Miss the show, so love when you inspire people. Love their transformation as much as the room makeover. Thank you for finding people to help and sharing it with us. Tinsel Tits and Jingle Balls!!!!! 😂
My husband has ADHD and was diagnosed as an adult. I had never heard the term body doubling before, but I mentioned it to him and we both agree that it's super applicable for him. It's nice to know the technique so he can try it when he needs that little push to get stuff done.
Such a lovely family. They should not feel ashamed because we all have our "Monika Cupboard of Shame"... they are not alone! Mine is my "cupboard under the stairs," which i want to tackle in the next few months. Amazing how quickly you got the basement done and how incredible it looked...so happy for them. I hope you kept the memory box lids though, because otherwise their memory stuff will get dusty and/or bugs/moths will get in over time. I put my lids under the boxes on the shelf of boxes I go in often and I just "lie" the lids on top (unlocked) of the boxes I go in less often, so I can still throw things in quick. But that way the box content is protected.
Cas you are wonderful! Don’t change a thing about yourself inappropriateness and all. My husband and I did something similar this with “ugly Christmas sweaters” and everyone loved it!
This body double is real. I missed my daughter so much when I cleaned closets.💕 You never know what is going to come out of my mouth. My son also has the "shock value" in him as well. Life is short, live it full"
I started watching as I organized my life. I use body doubling with friends on line. We all have ADHD and support each others efforts to get things done. I am a butterfly 🦋 in your system that made me laugh since I identify with our little friends.
Thanks again to Noom for sponsoring this video! Go to noom.com/clutterbug25 and use my code CLUTTERBUG25 to get $25 off ANY plan!
I really appreciate this program because of her changes.
how GREAT it is to see the husband involved with the process!

Liked the room makeover but LOVED Cas's ending about the family pj's and being inappropriate. So darn funny.
Me too!
I have no doubt they slept very well that night and all nights since that declutter and organize day. What a wonderful gift they gave to themselves to get this done.
Oh, I love it! 😍
I could never go without lids for the bins, though.
Exactly my thoughts as well. It was really bothering me not to have the lids!
@@TallyDrake 9
We had open bins growing up and never had issues .... Definitely depends on where you live. ☺️
I'm so glad!
Well I didn’t know this either but now that I’m hearing it, it makes so much sense!!

Love this video! Thanks Matt and Amy for opening up your home. Something about these kind of videos really gets me motivated to tackle my home.
Thank you so much!!
Cas. Just so you know, YOU are my body double! I put your voice on a speaker and I get started!
Yay!
Yeah, this space wasn’t bad at all. Just the stuff we all procrastinate. The homeowners, and Cas, did a really good job. 😁
They DID do a great job! I was really impressed with how much they let go of.
I love these room makeovers. You're inspiring so many of us.
In watching this video, it fits our house perfect! When. I view all that needs to be done I freeze and do nothing. We had a family tragedy and I believe we tried to buy our happiness, and now there is so much "stuff" everywhere it is overwhelming ! I hope watching your videos will inspire! Thankyou.
Keep watching, and also visit The Minimal Mom’s channel.
@@tgayer1 don't forget Dana K White too she has ADD also & gives some good advice
I love this channel. Cas is such a relatable person and I know that if we were neighbors, we would be friends.
:)
Oh I just love these Makeovers. They are my favorite besides the budget room makeovers😃
I love the transformation and that both both of them were on the same page to declutter because I don't think that's usually the case.

Oooh I like the “would you buy it again?” rule … great question to ask oneself
Love these videos! They actually motivate me to get off my butt and do something - even if it’s a small thing, because five minutes does matter! Thank you.
That little girl is a natural and a delight! So sweet and kind and smart!!!!!
This is an amazing transformation! I would love to get my “Monica closet” room tackled after this lol
It’s my craft room that has become the hide it zone lol.
Body doubled yesterday. Worked on the shop while I was on the Phone with my sister in another state. Before that would have been distracting. But we were both organizing so it was amazing, got so much done.
Love when you work with clients.
WOW!!!! 🙌 Thank you for being vulnerable and allowing us to see your space! I have a space like this and this is BEYOND encouraging! ❤️

I appreciate you addressing ADHD I had no idea why I did ALL those ! Killing my self and getting nothing done!
Super inspiring! What a great job they did, and you for providing the motivation!
Glad you enjoyed it!
But I prefer the lids for the transparent plastic containers 😁 I think it will protect the inside from dust.
Amazing transformation!
Thanks!
It takes longer to get rid of the stuff than it does to clean it out in the first place and if anyone in my family sees what’s going out a significant amount of it ended up back in the house.
i completely agree. also, it just sucks moving it after a while... the physical endurance is a challenge.
Black bags and sealed boxes if you can't take donations that day
@@bettykellogg8922 it’s not about not wanting to get rid of stuff. It’s about all the rules for disposal.
This is a game changer 🙌🏾
I even feel that I won't even feel angry if my husband isn't helping.
No one wears shoes in the house in Canada!
Yep I'm 48 now and wasn't diagnosed with ADHD until I was 40 I can relate to you guys 100%

If I need to clean and declutter I watch your videos. All of them back to back!
Cas you are wonderful! Don’t change a thing about yourself inappropriateness and all. My husband and I did something similar this with “ugly Christmas sweaters” and everyone loved it!
My favourite part of this video by far was the pep talk at the end. Love it 😂
