Ingredients
For Shawarma Bread
• All purpose Flour - 250 gms
• Baking soda - ½ teaspoon
• Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
• Salt - ½ teaspoon
• Sugar - 1 teaspoon
• Oil - 1 tbspoon
• Luke warm water - ½ cup
For Filling
• Boneless Chicken - 150 gms
• Curd - 2 tbspoon
• Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
• Ginger paste- 1 teaspoon
• Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
• Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
• Cumin Powder - 1 teaspoon
• Lemon Juice - 1 teaspoon
• Red orange food colour - 1 teaspoon
• Cabbage - 1/6 or 1 tbspoon
• Bell pepper (Yellow) - ¼
• Bell pepper (Red) - ¼
• Capsicum - ½
• Salt to taste
• Oil for cooking
For wrapping
• Tomatoes Ketchup
• Veg Mayonnaise
