You made me a difficult question.. there isn't a track harder than another to make but i remember in "what i need" i tried the bass part thousands times because it's made with standard picking and with tapping on high notes... I really don't have favourite tracks but the ones i liked the most are "save me", "minerva", "newtopia", "annihilation" and of course "what i need"... Keep in mind I've never done this, don't even know how any of this music stuff works, after i downloaded it i realized how complicated sound production can become. Do you make these on real instruments or you use software?
