Let's walk together and explore a traditional Bulgarian outdoor farmers market in Bansko, a popular ski resort in Bulgaria’s Pirin Mountains. This outdoor market happens every Sunday morning in the town square, where locals from around Bansko come to sell their fruits and vegetables.
From the Sunday Market, we will walk along the main street of Bansko called Pirin Street. You will see the different restaurants and shops that line this street.
We finish off the video at the top of street, where the starting point of the Gondola begins. Here, people take the gondola to get up to Pirin Mountain.

Bansko is a town at the foot of the Pirin Mountains, located around 3 hours bus ride from Sofia (Bulgaria's capital). In the winter, it is popular with skiers. While in the summer, Bansko becomes a summer hiking and digital nomad destination.

Bansko is awesome. My mother was born in Old Town Bansko almost a hundred years ago so my roots are there. It is the best place in the whole country in my opinion and is it’s own country in many ways…too many outsiders have moved there though but it is still charming Bansko! Since writing the previous sentences I visited Bansko and family there for a month. My uncle likes to shop at the market and we went there every Sunday. I walked and saw in person what you show in the video. It really is a great place…Nice camera work by the way!
