I think she said that they were thinking of getting married on the 29th but the dr said that would be too late. And they were right. Am I correct?
@@christinekillen3852 oh they got married! i was just talking about how close she was to the date the docs gave. What an impossibly vibrant and kind soul EM was. She reached so many through this channel and frankly, without even knowing her personally, changed my life quite a bit.
THank you for helping me see that I don't have to sit around and let Terminal cancer, in my case, metastatic mediastinal melanoma with no skin involvement, take my living time away from me. I am not dead yet, and I need to live my live to the fullest.

I am writing from "Sin City" Las Vegas, glad to hear you've visited here! My oldest sister passed away from cervical cancer many years ago, like a 2nd mom to me. She lied about her diagnosis to our family and moved to Seattle, WA. Long story short 2yrs later we get a call from the Swedish Hospital in downtown Seattle that she collapsed on the sidewalk trying to catch a bus. Cancer was everywhere. Initial tumor was the size of a softball...3wks or less to live. She passed 5 days after we got the news. I am an RT, used to helping save people's lives. I fell into a deep depression. Initial Dr. in Vegas we talked to after she passed. Why did she tell us it was just an infection and not cancer. He said surgery and radiation 97% curable and she left. She had 3 kids a grandson, 3 brothers, 2 sisters. We all loved her so much. I know she might have been scared, depressed? She never was before diagnosis. Her not wanting to fight cancer hurt me. Maybe that's selfish but her being 19yrs older and my dad passing when I was 13 she was like a 2nd mom, my best friend, my confident. I admire you so much not just saying FUCK CANCER for you but for your fiance, your family, your friends. ...you are going to beat this, you are stronger than any patient I've ever had and it means so much to see someone not only fight so hard for themselves but for all the people who love them..We all love you too Emily! Beat the Fight.. F***Cancer..Never give Up💕
Got a Dr's appointment for tomorrow morning for my mole that I've been meaning to get checked out for ages. Thanks for having a positive impact on me! And congratulations on 10k, 11k now! :D

Poopy stuff happened to me a few years ago and I wallow. After finding your videos (and binging on your channel) I left the house today, called an old friend, started to make plans. I’m ashamed of myself for wasting years and feeling sorry for myself. Thank you for inspiring me to smarten the fuck up. Love from Canada babes.

You are an inspiration! I am 24 and whilst I do not have cancer I am chronically ill and my 2nd pregnancy was scary. I went through feeding tubes, neck central lines, hickman lines and 4.5 months in hospital. I was left TPN dependent. TPN and all the nasty drugs are the only reason me and my now 19 month old are here. I am so glad that you aren't having to go through too much physically right now (like lines and infections etc) and I hope you don't have to. Hickman placements and infections etc are what ive just been through. I went into septic shock ending up in intensive care and emergency surgery I thought I was dying and my kids would have to grow up without a mum. I did not handle it well and it gave me a tiny insight of what it could be like to know you may die and you amaze me how you handle everything 100% better than I did with just the possibility. You have done more in the last few weeks worth of jobs than ive done in a good year and yes I'm not physically well enough to walk far I need a chair and its hard to get out but I'm telling myself to have more of a fight. Make the most of the hour or two I can manage out of the house and just enjoy every second I can in and out of the house with my beautiful girls. I wish I could be as strong as you. Aisha is amazing and to think of what may happen is just heartbreaking but some people live until they are 100 and most never experience a love like yours. Tomorrow we are going to mess about at the park for as long as I can not caring about what I look like needing a wheelchair I'm going to stand for as long as I can and push my baby in the swing. You will beat the life expectancy they have given you because you have more life in you than anyone Ive ever seen or known and you have Aisha by your side. Keep making memories and know that 10 years from now these videos will still inspire people. Maybe in 15 years they will inspire my two girls.

Emily and Aisha, While watching this video, I got the same lovely, refreshing feelings that I got when I watched my first video of yours. That was when you were told your last brain tumor results. It WAS a horrendous day; and yet, I couldn't believe how genuine and sincere you were. Here you were, dealing with what you were told, and how it was affecting each other, with such grace. On top of that you said you felt bad for the medical staff who had to tell you, because you knew it had to have been hard for them as well. Emily, I am an RN, and I KNOW you are the exception to the rule. I can't express to you, how lovely you are. You are a dear, and I am so glad we are getting to know you and Aisha through your videos. Your channel randomly came up on my suggested and I'm so glad I chose to watch your videos. You have so much strength, passion and just pure life. 9 months ago I found out my mum had cancer and on the same day my ex broke up with me. Watching your videos has shown me that life is for living, obviously my situation is nothing like yours but seeing you guys so strong has urged me to push on and live every single day! I wish you the absolute best and keep smashing it, you guys are an absolute inspiration in every sense of the word! ❤️
You two are awesome together. Would gladly take you in as my daughters. I was diagnosed was Lupus and Rheumatoid Arthritis in 2013. One of my Meds is Methotrexate ( chemo drug), I'm sure not as strong as yours, but it has taken a toll on my body, my eyesight and a weight problem. I wish I had your willpower Emily and a gym partner like Aisha (hope I spelt that right. I only started watching a few days ago when you were at 8k, now over 11k viewers. Your fight story is an inspiration to many, seeing how strong you are. Keep on going and so glad youre not fighting this battle on your own 🤗🙏🏻

coconut based yogurts with a fruit syrup a pottle of that can last me a week. I use about a generous table spoon + half cup of frozen mixed berries as my lil carby treat. It's so good :) I don't miss chocolate etc if I am having that every night.

I see you have 11k subs now. That's awesome! You two are an inspiration to people everywhere, no matter the circumstances. When I had my wedding (over 35 years ago) I had 10 people there. Then the following month my mom threw us a big party with the whole family. That was my dream and I wouldn't change a thing. Congrats on the engagement. It’s awful ain’t it I just stumbled across the channel looking for ways to help my anxiaty I suffered 3 years and this had a really bad time last 12 month not been out my house for a year as I have loads of symptoms but watching Emily and Aisha has sort of made me want to fight it even more so many times I wanted to give up but the motivation they have and how Emily still smiles goes work gym and hasn’t give up has made me want to push myself more the truely amazing ppl Aisha breaks my heart the pure love they have for each other..... they have change my full output on life ..... I too have anxiety Jade, but people don't regard it as a disease. But yes, like you, I would love to lock myself from society, but push myself everyday to go to work, much strength to you, take one day at a time 🙏🏻
I found them by looking for anxiety relief also .. nobody will ever understand the struggle and how crippling it can be unless walking a day in our shoes. I suggest making friends who understand what u go through aside from therapy.. cbt therapy . watch the anxiety guy videos he will change your whole world. this couple rocks and helps me every day I look forward to watching a video. sending big hugs and hope u feel better

I found your channel from the documentary, I'm actually Romy from the documentary, friend of C's mum and brother. She did unfortunatly passed away more than a year before the documentary aired but her family has kept going on strong and raising money for research, aimed at her type of cancer but hopefully will help all brain cancers as well!
