Yes, please have an insurance broker on one of your episodes. Had a guest drive into the deck at my property and it was not covered by Airbnb because they do not cover issues that are caused by a motor vehicle.
I use property tap software very easy to use and ver affordable to help me automate so I don’t need a property manager. Software is a great way to automate your way out of needing a property manager.
