@Gashabomb if you didn't grow up in that decade you definitely wouldn't get it. Music has changed so much. They were a great band. I still listen to them today.
The fact that Kurt was a pisces and Courtney a cancer and this song was originally called heart shaped coffin speaks volumes of how toxic their relationship was.

I always felt this song was about how Courtney Love was acting one way in public, but backstage was acting completely different. She would constantly try to offer advice, say what to do, and manipulate Kurt into being something he didn't want to be. He wanted out, but always backed down, because he could never go through with that. That's shown, and explained by the line "Hey wait! I got a new complaint", which shows he tried, but because she was so manipulative, he kept backing down, and that's shown with the line that followed, which is "forever in debt to your priceless advice". she changed that even more, because she got pregnant, and because even though Kurt had a dark side, he loved his daughter, and tried to change for her. So when she told him she was pregnant, probably during a fight where Kurt was going to leave, she threw down her "Umbilical noose", which refers to Courtney being pregnant, and used that to drag him back in to their toxic hell of a relationship... With that news, which would rattle most, he would "climbe right back".
It literally is about her cooch. She was another addiction for him. Idk guys. Anyone else have a hard time imagining HER cooch being a place you felt comfy hangin out in. Seems like it would be a scary and confusing place. Probably violent too, ya know.

Same with me... I was into metal and rock and used to fight with the grunge kids in my first year of high school. Then about 10 years ago I realised how amazing and important Nirvana and the other grunge acts were... I think this mostly has to do with the rawness of the music, but it’s also sad that the way music’s going in 2020 we will probably never get to hear such amazing original music again. The 70’s, 80’s and 90’s is where heavy music ruled... Damn I miss it...

The lyrics "Hey! Wait! I've got a new complaint!" are apparently about his feelings on how the media saw him. Full declaration of death. Courtney didn’t killing by putting the shotgun in his mouth. But I’m positive she encouraged his suicidal thoughts, nurturing them, enabling them.

Kurts birthday is 4 days before mine, yet I look more forward to his then mine.

Unless you're saying you look forward to his then yours, if not then you use THAN to show that you're trying to say that you prefer something over something else

Ok, so I'm a freshman in high school. And in world civ we were talking about religion. And my teacher was like, "Define Nirvana, and not the band" and legit all the kids in my class were like, "Who's Nirvana". And in my head I was like... Another reason to hate you all.
PleaseDont'StealJoshHe'sTylersBestFrand well, I love you for this, and for your profile picture. I love Nirvana and also Tøp❤️

Full declaration of death. Courtney didn’t killing by putting the shotgun in his mouth. But I’m positive she encouraged his suicidal thoughts, nurturing them, enabling them.
Thank you r.i.p
