Mai batata hoo reason, kyo nahi bikti hai, I have booked harrier on 28th of October , dealership assured me to deliver the vehicle by Dhanteras, then they delayed by few days, then they delayed by 25th, today is 26th , now they are saying they even can't confirm the delivery date, I have raised complained through tata customer service , but no promising solution from them either, Itni mahngai gaadi ke baad customer ko aise tahlayenge to kyo lega koi inse gaadi.
Gadi Miljaye to aur maja milega tata ki legendary customer service ka

Would have been nice is 18/19 inch wheels was an option. Those who don't know:
Shark fin on top is not a spoiler but it is the antenna.
Chrome on sides could have been avoiding esp in "dark" edition. Those are there to make it look like floating roof, a concept brought by lexus in car manufacturing to save cost significantly as a single metal need in back need lot more precision welding, metal cost and time consuming. But now Tesla with their giga press changed the game again(that's another story).

After completing the spiti trip we are stuck in Manali from past two days..our 4months old Mahindra Thar got towed due to some OBD Check Lamp warning from Batal, Spiti..the car is not able to pull beyond 1500rpm. The Mahindra service center tried to reduce the soot mass for last 2 days and now they are saying ordering a DPF filter is going to take another 7-8days and we will have to wait for it. Also they are saying fault is with us as we didn't do Regen while we didn't get any Regen warning.
They are also saying they can't share the regen data if the warning came and for how long ,even after 2 days of analysis.
DPF filter costs 70k and doesn't come under warranty. Even we were ready to pay just to join office in time, but now they are saying it will take 7-8days to get the DPF filter. Go for any other SUV it is just a good looking car and will make you feel you are driving a powerful car but it is just the feeling but in reality it is unreliable
