ErinsAnimals has a video on pet safe paints for hamsters but I'm not sure if it would be safe for chinchillas but it's worth a look at! (: I'd love to see a custom Halloween or christmas themed cage setup it was something I wanted to try for my chins but my plans fell through when I didn't know what paint was safe qwq so I'd love to see you succeed I think it'll be so cute! ^w^
