    INGREDIENTS
    ▢½ cup cow oil
    ▢1 green onions
    ▢1 tsp garlic paste
    ▢300 gram ground cow beef
    ▢2 tbsp chop Cilantro
    ▢2 tbsp kebab masala
    ▢1 tbsp ginger paste
    ▢2 tbsp garlic paste
    ▢1 tsp garam masala (optional)
    ▢1 egg for binding
    INSTRUCTIONS
    Step by step recipe is given below:
    In a bowl, add minced beef, green onion, garlic, ginger, eggs, salt, kebab masala powder, coriander . Mix them well.
    Now wet your hands with water and shape the mixture into 8 round shape kababs of equal size.
    Heat the cow ghee in Tawa and fry the kabab on medium heat until well browned from both sides.
    For richer flavor add 2 tablespoons of butter
    I serve these kebabs with Beef yakhni Pulao and yogurt
    Ground mutton or chicken can be substituted for the beef.
    I don't use garam masala in my recipe but if you like the fragrance then use it.
