Wow! I'm an older geezer now, but 60 years ago, I lived in a cabin in the woods of Maine. No anything for comfort, miles from anywhere. A bath meant chopping a hole in the ice of the lake. Trapped, fished & hunted for food. It was pretty tough at times, but I never felt better in my life. Winter mornings sometimes greeted me with -35 below. Inside. I don't regret it all. I think it strengthened me for the real world I eventually faced. So this vid brings back fond memories. Thanks.

This is the most beautiful time of year for me. The light is golden the leaves are brilliant the air is crisp. I spent a couple of years in New Hampshire and Maine. At the time I was doing photography and what a dream. No matter where you look it is awesome to behold. Where you are in Canada is so much like New England. I too had a Golden named Becky. She was my buddy. I remember those days fondly

I feel like I know dear Cali like my own dogs, she's such a wonderful dog, and boy, dos she love that red chase toy, you are blessed! your videos are so superior to others, thank you so much, reminds me of Uncle Franks' cabin we went o every summer when I was a kid.

The lid from a canning jar cleans out a squash better than anything I've used. The edge is sharp and scrapes better than spoons. :) I love watching all your videos. So peaceful - thank you for documenting your life there. :)
