वीडियो तो बहुत ही अच्छी और प्रेरणा दायक हैं। ऐसी वीडियो बनाने के लिए आपको बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद, लेकिन भारत में भ्रष्टाचार की जड़ें बहुत ही गहराई तक पहुंच चुकी हैं और पूरे भारत में अनगिनत भ्रष्टाचार के पेड़ अब विशाल वटवृक्ष के रूप धारण कर चुके हैं। जमीन के बदले नौकरी, धन के बदले नौकरी, जैसे अनगिनत भ्रष्टाचार में पूरा देश पूरी तरह से डूबा हुआ हैं और यह भ्रष्टाचार अब एक लाईलाज बीमारी बन चुकी हैं। जनता भी इसकी जिम्मेदार हैं, क्योंकि जनता भी स्वार्थ, मुफ्तखोरी का लालच, जातिवाद, क्षेत्रवाद, धर्मवाद, दलगतवाद आदि से ग्रस्त हो चुकी हैं और ऐसी मानसिकताओं के वशीभूत होकर बिना सोचे समझे भ्रष्ट, घोटालेबाज, गुंडे, बाहुबली, दंगाई, हत्यारे, बलात्कारी और कई तरह के अपराधी अराजक तत्वों को भी वोट देकर सत्ता पर काबिज कर देती हैं। लेकिन इससे भी अधिक जिम्मेदार भारत के कानून है, जो दोहरे मापदंड वाले हैं। भारत के दोहरे मापदंड वाले कानून नेताओं और अराजक तत्वों के लिए अलग तरह से काम करते हैं और आम जनता के लिए अलग तरह से काम करते हैं। इसके बाद जिम्मेदार हैं, भारत की न्यायिक प्रणाली। हमारे देश की न्यायिक प्रणाली में किसी भी मामले का फैसला आने में कई वर्ष लग जाते हैं और कई बार तो फैसला आने तक आरोपी अपराधी या वादी पीड़ित दोनों पक्षों में से किसी एक पक्षकार की मृत्यु भी हो जाती हैं और कुछ मामलों में तो दोनों पक्षकारों की भी मृत्यु हो जाती हैं और मामला अदालत में ही लटका रह जाता हैं। अब रही बात शिकायत की, तो कोई शिकायत सुनने वाला भी तो होना चाहिए। जिसने जमीन या धन के बदले नौकरी प्राप्त की है, तो क्या जमीन या धन के बदले नौकरी देने वाला अपराधी का बचाव नहीं करेगा और शिकायतकर्ता को प्रताड़ित नहीं करेगा? सारी कमियां भारत के दोहरे मापदंड वाले कानूनों में ही हैं, और भारत के दोहरे मापदंड वाले कानूनों में बदलाव करने की और सभी के लिए एक समान कानून लागू करने की जरूरत हैं। लेकिन यह इतना आसान भी नहीं हैं क्योंकि भ्रष्ट, घोटालेबाज, गुंडे, बाहुबली, दंगाई, हत्यारे, अराजक तत्व ऐसा नहीं होने देंगे

I have always been of the view right from the age of 30 (now 80) that unless stringest steps are taken to inculcate the element of teaching in the teachers, there will be no real improvement in the standard of teaching. In our times certain teachers, used to teach their class (one subject only) during summer vacation. What a great sacrifice. As such I really appreciate the steps taken by you against the teachers shown in the video. Teachers of our time used to say to the parents that these children are our sons and daughters because they spend more time with us than with you. It is because of this reason they enjoyed the highest respect from our parents and grand parents. The education standard cannot be improved by sending the teachers to foreign countries without having passion of teaching. Hats off to you, Sir.
