    Also to the virgins out there, sex is intuitive. I mean that literally and figuratively. Just move towards desire and consent.

    Second caller: if you think you can have sex with the guy and feel confident you won't have feelings for him, move on to the next issue, which is STI testing. If you're saying he's sleeping around, ask if he'd be willing to have an STI test done. If he's down, then you can really think about it. Have fun, do what you feel safe and comfortable doing, and stay healthy!

      Great advice. Only do it if you are 100% confident, you will NOT catch feelings. Definitely make him wear a condom! My best friend in college lost her virginity to the hot surfer guy she thought was the love of her life. He gave her herpes. There’s no turning back from that.

    A poly fuck boy is not the guy to lose your virginity with. I would love to go back in time and not have my first time with a random dude without emotional connection and security. Find a nicer guy, who alignes with you, bild a connection first so you will feel safer to give this important step and have a good memory about it.

    Alternative suggestion for caller #2: you can say to the guy: “hey can we take it slow? Casual sex is a little outside my comfort zone.” And you could also throw in that you have leftover catholic guilt, if you want. That way he’s prepared for your potential reaction, but he doesn’t know the full truth

    There are factors that determine how a break up can play out- most importantly the amount of time you were together and the reasons for ending the relationship. The best way someone has ever broken up with me was really simple and honest. I dated a guy who was actually my friend prior so there was no bad blood after..we just didn't have the chemistry. Anyway, he texted me asking if we could talk and I already knew where it was going. He said " I'm guessing you know why I'm calling. This isn't really working." I would say straight forward approach is the best way to go. Getting dumped hurts even under the most ideal of circumstances so people should at least try to be sensitive to the potential for emotions. I've also been through shit show breakups and have reacted super immaturely. That being said, the breakup is often reflective of the relationship. I wouldn't consider anything under 6 months an actual relationship anyway

      @HH-gv8mx ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I’ve dated guys who got super serious within 3 months, wanting me to move in with them, buying me expensive jewelry etc.
      to me, it was all too soon too fast. I like to let the soup simmer before taking it straight to boil. Their super smothering approach pushed me away. Probably what this guy is feeling a bit of.
      Either way I think the girl deserves a phone call. Don’t breakup with someone via text.

    Moshe is on excellent form today. Although, I would have appreciated some analysis on the socio-economic class structure of the UK with respect to prevalence of the playing of & interest in rugby - i.e., it's famously referred to as a game for barbarians, played by gentlemen; whereas soccer is a (relatively) gentlemanly game, engaged in by barbarians ... Anyway, the Legeros are slowly becoming my favourite people.

    DO NOT break up with someone via email. It's cold and treats her like she's being rejected for a job interview. I still tell people about this guy who broke up with me via email after 3 months. Glad he did, because I upgraded many times after that, but I see him as the epitome of cold, non-communicator, heartless and had self esteem issues for a while after since someone thought so little of me they sent an email (which I happened to see). Closure is a thing. For neurodivergent people, it helps. Otherwise, we overanalyze every single thing being wrong with us. Talking to someone and letting them react and have their emotions is mature. Texting and emailing is cold and cowardly. It's you not letting someone be part of the breakup. So of course they will try to talk so they can be part of the breakup. I still assume the email guy cheated on me with a 19 year old student of his. He was completely different when he came back from his trip to "supervise students". So yeah, I wouldn't want to be stuck with someone like that. He was creepy.

      Always phone call or in person. Text is also bad, because I can't read people well through texts and you'll get either a long text back or many texts back. A phone call is easy to move on from. I never contacted someone after they broke up with me via phone call or in person. I appreciate people not wasting my time. If you don't like someone, definitely break up with them or don't date them in the first place 😂

    • @HH-gv8mx
      @HH-gv8mx ปีที่แล้ว

      You are right. Dumping someone via text or email is cold and super immature. It’s so hard to do but both times I did it in person even when one of the relationships was very new, but I knew he was falling in love with me and I couldn’t let it go that far. You feel way better about yourself, and a person to just be honest, but at the very least, that girl deserves a phone call

    I don't know much about sports, but I think rugby is much less prone to creating brain injuries (especially those diseases which appear after a career of concussions) than American football is. In the latter, you've got monstrously large players lining up and smashing into each other. Rugby doesn't really have lines, it's all circles and even the passing is much more dynamic and nonlinear. It's crazy that any parent would want a young child to play American football.

      @clevermissfox ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I heard, maybe on rogan, that the lack of injuries in rugby can be attributed to the lack of pads; the illusion of safety isn't there so they are more careful. Don't know how true it is but it's a theory and all I have to contribute to this conversation

      No breakup texts that’s lame. Just be an adult and call her speak to her in person if that’s more comfortable. But she deserves that at the very least.

Natasha and Jeff Ross are the only real roasters, David Lucas is usually pretty okay at roasting even though I despise him as a person but his segment was sloppy and lazy imo. Love me some atsuko !!
