Better raindrops in normal condition look horrible. Looks more like snow instead of normal rain. However if you use a snow mod it works really well in my opinion (Since the drops do look like snow)
I just got the RPM - Rheinland & Pfalz map few hours ago. I really like it. Only down side is, even with a 4090 i have some pretty heavy FPS drop. FPS is anywhere between 60 and 150. Awesome map though!. Great Video Milan! 👍
Something else must be bottlenecking your PC, it's not the GPU. I play at 4k native, upscaled 300% (12k) resolution with a 13700k and a 4090, and do not have any drops while using Project Next Gen 1.09.1, Jazzycat/trafficmaniac packs and other graphics mods on Rheinlandphalz map. My only gripe with the mod is, that it is still pretty small and you can explore everything on the map in six or so hours... But the attention to detail is amazing, and as a German myself, it is a must-have mod. I just rly hope new areas will be added sooner rather than later! But I totally understand that this project takes a lot of afford and work, so it is time consuming. Perhaps new modders will join the RPM team and we will see new high quality content quicker that way. I guess we will see. :D

El del GPS va muy de coña!!! Depende la cabina, los sistemas GPS estándar del juego se hacen muy pequeños. Si se juega con volante, yo por lo menos, juego algo más lejos de la pantalla por tanto, llega un momento que no distingo bien los nºs en la señal de prohibición.

Is it standalone or is it a map that can be added to promods?

I dont use it, but it is a really good graphics mod. I wish I could help you more, but it depends on you. If you like it or not
